I held a private event here and cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The service was exceptional from my initial phone call for information all the way to the end of my dinner. The manager, Vila Jarrell welcomed my mother and me during our initial consultation and helped make my evening everything I hoped it could be. She was very communicative throughout the process. Come the evening of the event, the entire meal was fabulous. The steaks were unforgettable. Vila helped pair wines for the dinner. Colleen and Joe also provided amazing service. The entire team helped such a special day feel celebrated. Thank you!

Had a reservation for seated immediately. We ordered shrimp cocktail & crab cake appetizers. The shrimp was tasty but a little chewy. The crab cakes were really good. We split the 22 oz prime bone-in rib-eye it was good. Came with smashers and a whole carrot, very good. Also ordered mac n cheese & onion rings... delicious. The cocktails came quickly..refreshing & yummy! Celebrating my BDay got chocolate, huge slice moist and delectable. Took a slice of carrot cake home. Best carrot cake I have ever had! Carrot & cinnamon main flavors had so much going on! Loved the special touch of the menu "Happy Birthday" on the header. Almost forgot the bread was soft and crusty...oh so good.

Let me tell you about this gem at the Omni hotel in Tucson. Colleen was our server and the steak was absolutely melt in your mouth to die for. The chocolate amaretto cheesecake was probably the best we’ve ever had in our entire life and we have been around the world. The hostess was a darling, and we would definitely go out of our way to come to this location Next time we visit. Thank you so much!!! 10 stars!!!!!!!

From the moment we arrived at Bob’s, my partner and I were treated with great kindness and welcomed into the atmosphere. Lighting was low and lovely, service was attentive but not overwhelming. Our dinner was easily the best meal and atmosphere I’ve ever experienced at a high end restaurant. Our server Colleen was extremely knowledgeable, and did a lovely job of being attentive without hovering, and made us want to come back again immediately. Bob’s will be a new tradition every time we’re in the area. Nothing bad to say!

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at Bob's at the Tucson Omni. We have been visiting Bob's for a while now, and it is absolutely our favorite place. This time, Gina was our server, and she went out of her way to make our anniversary celebration extra special. Joe also waited on our table, and he also made our experience top notch. Not to mention, the General Manager, Vila, is always so lovely and assured we had the best table and most amazing time on our special day. I did not even mention the food, but it is superb and goes without saying! Thank you, Vila, Gina and Joe for making our evening unforgettable!

We truly enjoyed the window seat with the amazing view. Bruno is a top-notch server - one of the best I have encountered recently. The wedge and blue cheese salads were spot on and carrot cake divine. Unfortunately my boyfriend was not happy with the meal. Filet done Oscar. He said everything had a smell and flavor like burned grease or oil. He sent the béarnaise back saying it had no resemblance to béarnaise. He really wanted to like this place but said the meal was not edible. I felt bad because this was my birthday present to him.

We went tonight for a last minute date night and the food was amazing! We have learned to order less since the portions are generous and we lack self control since everything is delicious, it’s hard to stop once you’re full. Colleen was our server and she was outstanding in addition to everyone else we encountered.
