Texas Roadhouse

I saw a steakhouse comparison recently that included 5 national restaurants. Texas Road House was rated 3rd in the comparison. They didn't try the Surprise AZ TRH. Our visit was great. My NY strip was cooked to perfection. It didn't need any seasoning after it left the kitchen. It was delicious. Our table ordered my steak, a steak salad, the filet medallions, and the grilled shrimp. Everyone loved their meals. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The only comment for improvement would be the volume of noise in the building, but we're old people. That's really on us, not the business. Visit here with confidence.

Got on the wait list and texted when we got to the restaurant, there was a short wait to be seated. Food itself was tasty as usual. Service was not great. Never got refills or rolls as requested. There was an apology and an offer when the bill came, but that doesn't really fix the experience when you have finished your meal. Not the usual experience, hopefully a one-time off night.

They really sell this low quality of food wow dont go here way over cooked food and dont answer phones. The steak is charred and buns hard. Waited a extra 20 min too. Could get better food at mcdonalds i bet 🤢🤭 they hire anyone these days...

The Texas Roadhouse has something for everyone. The cocktails hit the spot and were reasonably priced. We had a party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meals, steaks were cooked to perfection. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs and they were as advertised where the meat falls off the bone, but there was to much BBQ sauce covering the ribs. Our hostess was awesome and it seemed all the servers were pleasant too. We had to wait 45 minutes outside before our table was ready. The amount of guests made it hard to have a conversation due to the noise level. All in all we made the best of it and enjoyed the night out.

Last night I order the Texas Chili Bowl and it came with dinner rolls. My complaint from last night was that they normally put the bowls of chili inside a plastic container to keep them contained. They did not and one lid was not on properly spilling all over the bag. Tonight, I bought same meal. I noticed the chili was not in the plastic container and asked that it'd be put inside one. I noticed inside the bag was the dinner rolls. When I got to work and unpacked the new bag, the rolls were missing. So what gives Texas Roadhouse??????

Great place to grab dinner or drinks. We stopped in for dinner, and the service was pretty quick. Our server was really nice and approached our table quickly. He was knowledgeable and got our drinks out to us quickly. The food was great. If you get there before 5, they have a lot of their main choices at a discount. Great if you are looking to save a few bucks. I ordered the country fried steak and it was really good. The pulled pork and chicken dishes we delicious as well. Overall, it was a great dinner, and we would definitely come again.
