The atmosphere is upscale but still comfortable, making it a great spot for a special night out. They start you off with duck fat fries, which are ridiculously good and come with three different dipping sauces. One of the highlights of the meal was the Maine Lobster Pot Pie—flaky, buttery crust with tender lobster and fresh veggies inside. It’s rich, comforting, and totally worth it. The steaks are top-notch, cooked perfectly with just the right amount of char on the outside. One thing that really stood out was the sommelier. She was amazing at helping us find the perfect wines. Whether you’re into bold reds or funky whites, she’ll guide you to a great choice. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being over the top. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but for the quality of food, service, and the overall experience, it’s absolutely worth it.

Beautiful restaurant with scrumptious food. The Bourbon Stake came highly recommended when we checked in to the Privado. We were not disappointed. The waiters were knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Every dish that we had was as expected.

High end steakhouse. The steak was fine but the black truffle Mac and cheese and the beignets stole the show. Get all 3 flavours of the beignets, and try the bar too for pre dinner drinks. Good vibe The service was okay, i guess she had lotsa tables to wait on.

I had the opportunity to try both the NY Strip and the Filet Mignon, which were undoubtedly the highlights of the evening. The steaks were cooked to the desired doneness, well-seasoned, and presented elegantly. Yet, despite their quality, there was a sense that they could be more memorable. The flavors, while good, lacked the depth and finesse that one might expect from a high-end steakhouse. Ordered the blue cheese sauce and assumed it would come on the side, instead it was served over the filet. While it was tasty, it took away some of the filet’s favor. Cheesecake was delicious as well. Cocktails were good, but overpriced for what you get. Overall I put this on par with other high end steakhouses.

What we ordered: Drinks: Pacifico Prosecco Whiskey Cabernet Food: Osetra caviar “twinkie” Two Wash Ranch Jidori Chicken Japanese A5 Waygu Ribeye 3 OZ Classic whipped potato, butter Stopped inside after looking around the princess lights for Christmas and we didn’t expect it to be that pricey but I have to say some of the best wagyu steak I’ve had so fatty and soft , my chicken dish had the perfect amount of skin crisp and the “mushroom ravioli” that came with it was more like cheese ravioli with some pieces of mushrooms cooked around haha so more like a deconstructed mushroom ravioli idk why said “mushroom ravioli “ in it cause it def wasn’t just cheese , we wanted caviar but didn’t read the menu right and once it got delivered we realized it’s a twinkie with caviar on it which was a unique taste for sure the twinkie was more like cornbread but for 40 ehhhh hard pass , they gave complimentary fries which is pretty cool and they were all seasoned differently as well

Great ambiance with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. I especially praise the chef for choosing to list Patagonian Toothfish on the menu...and I have to say it was truly amazing. Excellent dining experience!
