Texas Roadhouse

Our Server, Syd, was very attentive to being our server the other day. I thoroughly enjoyed the way she seemed to check in with our every plate served. Ordered cactus blossom, salad & and a Dallas steak. Throughout the whole visit, she made sure to check in and see if we were doing well. Very attentive to our drinking needs for refills. Did not even have to ask. Even had a pleasant conversation about the difference between medium rare and medium Dallas steak texture. She listens well as if you were family. I'd recommend trying to ask for Syd being your server. Kudos to her!

Went there with large group, so I understand timing is going to be a little bit longer, but my order, 12 oz sirloin, requested it rare. Asked the waitress to get it cooked a little longer, as it was still blue. Came back the same way, just a little warmer. Just to be on the safe side, asked for med rare, felt like it was thrown in a microwave for a few minutes then handed back to me.

We ate here for an early since they open at 4pm. The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot and prepared to my liking. The freshly prepared rolls are my favorite. They do not give a military discount unless you dine with them on Fridays from 12pm-4pm. This location is conveniently located on Muldoon in a shopping plaza that has other restaurants and stores, such as Kohl's, Target, etc.

Great food, great service. Always enjoy going here! Even 45 minutes from closing at a sit down steak place, we were still taken care of well and enjoyed our time. Will definitely be back again.

I dine in several times and different day of the week, no matter how busy they are. The service has being exceptional. Very please. The food is always great. You get multiple staff checking how your doing and the waiter/waitress are awesome.

To be honest, the server (Dylan) asked for my ID, when I ordered a margarita. I asked why. (I am 73) He said that a red stripe on your ID means there is a court order, that the bearer can't be served, and he, personally, could be sued. It bothered me enough to mention it, I doubt that this is Texas Roadhouse policy. Jade, one of the floor managers, was very nice! Food is always excellent. I wasn't asked if I wanted another drink and our waters were not refilled. I love Texas Roadhouse, but I just thought that you should know this...

Our lazy "server", Natalie, did not remove ANY of our empty dishes OR glasses from our table, leaving us with a cluttered mess! We even moved the glasses and piled up plates to the end of the table to assist and she just looked down at them! Don't rely on your bussers to do your work for you, because they clearly are not. If you want a good tip, work for it! No one wants to sit in a mess. All Alaskan servers make AK minimum wage, at the time of this post is $11.73 an hour, PLUS tips. They're making bank! And they let tables pile up like this? Unacceptable! The other location in Anchorage would never allow this. Will be going there from now on.

Really lovely service, delicious offerings of some southern favorites and good steak. Very family friendly. There's usually a short wait to be seated but they serve wonderful rolls either honey butter once you're seated. And the apps and entres don't take long once you order. The wait staff was very attentive.
