Many reviewers highlight the exceptional taste of the food, particularly the stuffed chicken and tiramisu, which received high praise. The atmosphere is generally described as pleasant, with good drinks and a cozy setting. First time in Alaska and a friend suggested this restaurant we started off with an espresso martini and mozzarella loaf , which was delicious and I had the eggplant pasta. The pasta was a little overdone, but the dish was delicious. My husband had the veal and the sauce was a little too lemony for him and we had tiramisu cake for dessert and it was delicious. Service was great atmosphere was great and I guess we lucked out because we were told there’s usually a line to get in so I give this restaurant 7/10. I do recommend this restaurant if you’re wanting to have a good Italian dish with some good drinks and I think we’ll try the pizza next time because it looked phenomenal.

My husband and I had a great experience here last night!!! Yes we had to wait a bit to be seated but that wasn’t a hindrance or annoyance. Once we were seated, service was good and our server was friendly and explained why our salad was slightly delayed (they ran out of dressing and had to make more from scratch). The food and cocktails were delicious! It’s clear high quality ingredients and preparation methods were used. We like to compare every tiramisu to the one we had in Milan and this one did not disappoint. We will be back!

We finally Tried this restaurant after being life long Alaskans, we walked in and restaurant was not too busy, maybe 4-6 tables, right when we walked in they immediately said, “Sorry one hour wait” but the lady did say she can seat us, so we decided yes why not we made it this far, after sitting took about about 15 mins until our drink order was taken as well another 15 mins until we got them, so was good with it due to long wait for food, but servers where kinda going outta the way to ignore us, mind you we are not dressed up, but other tables sat after us about 10-20 mins after and was greeted with specials, and immediately drink orders with drinks followed, when drinks followed another server joined and I guess was a “regular” and definitely saw favoritism, with food drinks and checks up happening very frequently while our table plates stacking u, drinks ice are melted and felt like they went out of their way not to check up on due to regulars maybe tipping higher or what ever the case, but after a while our food arrived, and o decided to pick the more pricey side of the menu and got Halibut Parmigiana, while the Wife had Chicken Piccata, my Dish was good, the halibut was fried great. The Chicken Piccata had a huge zing/ lemony over taste, we had about 8 thin slices of lemon with the chicken which over powered the whole dish, would be an amazing sauce if didn’t have half a lemon cooked into two chicken breasts, we ordered the Calamari and Caprese. The Calamari was good, Simple. The Caprese was just deconstructed and on a plate. Very simple and a quick dish. We did get refills and check ups, at the end we decided to ask about desserts and decided to try the tiramisu, and that was definitely the best one in Anchorage so far. A bit soggy and watery at the bottom but flavor 💯!! The price was a bit spendy for the service that we got, as well observed a few other tables getting the same service while possibly “Regulars” or “ High Spenders” get the red carpet. I think if service was a bit more at heart or more meaningful would be a better establishment. But a very high priced dinner to be treated like 2nd class on the Titanic.

If you are looking for a unique dining experience this is the place! The food is delectable if you don’t mind the wait and don’t get hangry easily. The drinks are also top tier. They state that they don’t take orders for food until the table sat before you has ordered, so be prepared for that. But that doesn’t make it not worth it!! I personally like the full attention that the chef takes towards our food and making it perfect, and take the extra time to enjoy some drinks and talk.

Fiori has been on my list of restaurants to eat for five years and I finally had the chance to! Fiori exceeded my expectations all around from the service, drinks and especially the food! We ordered the Black Manhattan and the Fiori Cosmopolitan alongside the Mozzarella Loaf with red sauce to start off with. Drinks were spectacular and the Loaf was loaded with mozzarella cheese and paired well with the red sauce that it came with! We ordered the stuffed chicken (spicy) and also the shrimp & scallop fettuccine as well. Everyone I have talked to always recommends the stuffed chicken and let me tell you, it was mind blowing with flavors and paired so well with the sauce! I highly recommend it as well, especially if it is you first time going. The shrimp & scallop fettuccine was also amazing as well. I love a good fettuccine and would recommend this if you love seafood! They put a good amount of seafood in it as well which was amazing! Lastly, we finished it off with a chocolate cake. By the time we finished they were sold out of their Baklava which was also highly recommended. Personally, I thought the chocolate cake would’ve been great paired with vanilla ice cream or more whipped cream since it was very rich in chocolate. Overall the experience and atmosphere was a 5/5 and i’m excited to go back to try different dishes!

While this is a very busy establishment, the atmosphere and staff make the experience a good one. The stuffed chicken is delicious! The espresso martini is so good! Parking is a breeze. Bar to wait in should you arrive before your party.

The customer is definitely not always right or have control at this place. I have eaten there many times the food is always very good if you like waiting for over 30 minutes just to get your order taken they also will not bring advertisers before your meal. everything comes at the same time if you go in there plan on staying for an hour Two an hour and a half I won’t go there anymore. I just feel so unimportant and Just to nobody, not a customer that’s paying their paycheck money maybe they don’t need money

This Italian restaurant was fantastic. By far the best I’ve had in Alaska. Our group was seated fairly quickly, and our waitress was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. Service was fairly quick even on a busy Friday night. As an Italian myself I wanted to try the dishes that were closest to my heart as a child in Nonna’s kitchen. I ordered the Fried Calamari Marinara, the Pollo Alla Calabria, clam chowder soup, and Tiramisu for dessert. All three were spectacularly delicious, fresh, and hot. An ample amount of bread was served at the table, making quick work of the delicious red wine sauce that remained on my plate. I love this place and will definitely come back!
