LongHorn Steakhouse

One of cleanest, fastest, and friendliest Longhorns I've ever been to. Food was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. And it's one of the few places I've been to recently that the manager brings you your food, and then walks around to ask people how their experience was. Totally impressive experience.

The food was soo good from this Longhorn!! The salmon was perfectly cooked; it was moist and not dry. The rice was well seasoned! The broccoli and brussel sprouts were also flavorful. We grabbed food to go & the host brought it to the car while it was still piping hot. We were able to enjoy the food while it was still hot. Didn’t go inside so can’t speak on the atmosphere.

LongHorn Steakhouse is my go-to safe spot whenever I’m traveling, and once again, they did not disappoint. I started with the Wild West Shrimp appetizer and a Dragon Fruit Margarita that came with a large shaker for refills—I couldn’t even finish it! For my main, I had the half baby back ribs with Brussels sprouts and a side salad. Everything was delicious. It’s a popular spot, and even though I came alone at 6 pm, they seated me in a booth without hesitation and never rushed me. Excellent service. Visit date: September 18, dinner.

Always great food and good service. I want to brag on Haley this time. I’ve had her as a server multiple times and she is always top notch! She’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She recognized me today and greeted me at the door! I’m leaving an all five star review because of Haley. She’s a great face of the company and an all around awesome person. Promote ahead of peers.

Today was by far the worst experience I had at this location! Normally it’s the best. My Elderly Parents was with me today and we literally waited an hour to receive our food upon getting we had to get to go box because of time far spent waiting. Manager claim we wasn’t waiting for an hour but that was untrue. She didn’t try and accommodate us at all. She was very dry and nonchalant. Our server was very pleasant and food was good. Time is valuable !!

I was part of a group of 5 that went out to eat to celebrate someone getting a promotion. This location was very busy but thankfully we only had to wait a short time to get a table. The service was good at times and lacking at others. I know they were busy but we had two of our five salads were not brought out. Two waters also had to be asked for twice but all in all we had a good night. The food was good and well cooked and we had a good time.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Peggy our waitress was outstanding & very pleasant. She constantly kept drinks filled and took care of us without us asking for a thing. Not to take anything away from other workers there but she certainly was the best along with the delicious food. I had an Atlantic 10oz cut salmon that was cook to perfection. Other than that great spirit from the manager that walks around checking on the customers making sure things were good gave just a solid experience that I can will constantly refer family and friends to. Thanks again

I have to say I'm disappointed for the first time ever by Longhorn. Usually a great experience, but the steak was raw, not a little undercooked, but cold and raw in the center.
