Showed up little before 3pm. Had order placed by 3pm. Then waited until 3:56 for food. No refill of rolls, even aster asking 2 times. There was maybe 15 other people in the whole place.

Wonderful. I also wanted to mention that Maddi was out waitress and she did an outstanding job! Very busy night, however, the food and service was great!

Service was great! The food was okay. The oil definitely needed to be changed out so that when the food is fried it comes out lighter in color. The would also enhance the taste of the food. I learned this when I worked at a wings place. We love eating at different roadhouses/ale houses.

Our food was great. Our fam all ordered burgers, and they were good. The rolls were great. We were hungry. Our server would get ZERO stars if I could leave zero stars. She took our orders and seemed personable. However, another server brought out our food after an extra ling wait time for 4 basic burgers. She seemed surprised when our food was delivered. At this point, my husband asked for mustard that we never received. He waited until his burger was cold, then just ate his burger because she never stopped back by to check on us. He was out of water, so I gave him the rest of mine, because we were never offered refills. Then he got his card out ready to pay, and after waiting 20 minutes, we asked another server to please bring us our bill so we could leave. Our server seemed to be taking care of the booths beside ours. It was really disappointing. She took our orders, saw that they were delivered, and brought us the check eventually.

It took longer than that to get silverware (didn't have any for our appetizers) 2 of the drinks that were ordered were water and both of them had some sort of gunk floating in it. (Couldn't tell if it was Mildew from the inside of the drink dispenser or what.) But we requested new drinks and they came back the same way. All of that I was able to look past but as we were leaving I put my daughters mac and cheese in a to go box and in the mac n cheese was a chunk of thin plastic that was approx 1 cm in length. I should have taken a photo of it but I dropped it after showing an employee as we were leaving.

When they brought out my husband's food, it was so gross looking and nothing but fat. He couldn't eat it at all. The waiter was very apologetic. He knew the food was crap. We told him he was the best thing about being there. I believe his name was Xavier. I do not recommend eating there.

My wife and I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. We enjoyed everything about our experience. The waitress was very nice and attentive and we both think she was great 😃. The food was also great. And the restaurant was nice and clean and tastefully decorated and a nice atmosphere. I will be back. Thanks 👍I hope the young lady who served us gets the credit she is due. I marked my receipt with " My waitress was great! 😃. Lovely young lady
