You should eat here. Delightful menu, fantastic dishes and a top notch atmosphere. We make it a point to come here whenever we come through Montgomery. Last time they had the best pimento cheese I’ve ever had - a little heat and a crunchy flatbread to spread it on. The cheese and onion grits alone are worth a visit- I’ve ordered a second one to take home for later before.

The Carrot Cavatelli Pasta was fantastic. The Himachi perfect! Gochujang rubbed Lamb Ribs 😋 These are incredible! Ube Creme Brulee was like, No Creme Brulee you've ever had. It had a pizzaz that will knock your socks off!! Delicious and delightful! Absolutely loved this place!!

A bit disappointed in the food/ drinks overall. Had a smoked old fashion and English pea ravioli. Smoked old fashion was service with a muddled cherry and lemon... Flavor was ok considering I was expecting orange. Ravioli was bland. With all those ingredients you would expect a amazing flavor but it fell short needing salt or acid. Service was good at the bar. Overall for the price, it didn't meet expectations.

My wife and I were thrilled to have chosen Central for our early Valentine's Day meal! The service was remarkable and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful evening and the team there made it one to remember.

We came Thursday night without a reservation but were able to be seated right away! The scallop plate was a little bland but the pork belly was the best part of the dish. The halibut stole the show! It was so flavorful and light.

Great atmosphere and service. Food was a bit underwhelming for the price. Loved the fried oyster sliders. The asparagus was a bit gray and overcooked. Scallops were good but the risotto base was bland. Valerie was an excellent server.
