I wrote management and still never got my money back . Look at the “ burger “ and the mozzarella sticks they gave me yal . I was here at 9:30 at night on Dec 5 and it was by far not busy! And the food taste like it’s out of a bag. I STILL want my money back . Waiter was non existent . We saw him all of twice !

Took my son here on 10/22/2024 for his birthday! It was a horrible experience as soon as we walked in we were told to wait 20 minutes, when they were not busy at all and the hostess was really rude and had an attitude. So 30 minutes after waiting we were seated and waited another 30 minutes to have a server get our drink order and another 20 minutes for are food order. My sons steak was raw when he asked for well done. The chicken tenders were undercooked cold fries flat drinks and to top it off forgot the appetizer. Needless to say we didn’t eat the food wasted $76.56 for my son to have a horrible birthday dinner! This is totally not acceptable and I’m very upset.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, thanks to the excellent service from our server, Travis, and the warm welcome from our hostess, Verna. From the moment we arrived, Verna greeted us with a friendly smile and made sure we felt right at home. She was attentive, polite, and ensured we were seated promptly. She was also passing us before she left and stopped to chat and wish us a great day. Travis, our server, made our meal enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and was always quick to check on us without being intrusive. His friendly and professional attitude truly made a difference, and we appreciated how attentive he was throughout our visit. Both Verna and Travis contributed to a fantastic dining experience, and we will definitely be back because of their exceptional service!

We told kids we would be back fast. 🤫We loved our waitress Raven. We told her we needed to be fast so kids wouldn't catch us. Food came out fast and was very good. Date night was a success 😉

The entire staff was super friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a “Kids Eat Free” Halloween treat! It made our night even more special. Brought my son here last night for his 6th birthday! His birthday was ruined by Applebees, the staff being rude the food was undercooked I told them it was not cooked all the way they had an attitude brung my food back still not cooked. Not to mention we waited over 20 minutes for drinks and they were not busy. This was very disappointing to my 6 year old whose birthday was ruined. I visited Applebee's on New Year’s Day with friends, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience if I could rate zero stars I would! The nachos I ordered were overly salty. When I sent them back—not asking for a discount or replacement—the manager, Danielle, responded with a dismissive attitude. She stated, “I am going to take it off this time but you ate most of the meat.” I clarified that I hadn’t touched the meat, and several members of my table confirmed this. Instead of addressing our concerns, she continued to make comments while walking away, yelling, “I MADE IT.” I did express to her that her behavior was unprofessional and rude, but she became argumentative and nasty. The situation escalated to the point where other kitchen staff members came to the door to see who Danielle was complaining about. While I found the entire staff to be unprofessional , it was particularly disheartening to see the manager, Danielle, engage in condescending replies and a yelling match with customers across the restaurant. None of the staff were pleasant or welcoming, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate that the management doesn't set a better example for the rest of the team. Given the level of service we experienced, I will not be returning to Applebee's. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service in the future.
