We were sat by Rogelio and served by Ender. Robert was behind bar and every aspect of our dining experience was top notch!! So amazing. We tried escargot for the first time and were so pleasantly surprised! We finished with the wagyu steak and our server talked us into 3 incredible sides to pair with it! We will never forget this meal 🤤

Review for Double Cut Steakhouse at Kalahari Resort I had the pleasure of dining at Double Cut Steakhouse during my stay at Kalahari Resort, and overall, it was a solid experience. I ordered the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and burnout mushrooms, and while the meal had some highs, there were also a few areas that could have been better. The ribeye was cooked to medium rare as God intended, and had a great sear, locking in that rich, beefy flavor. The marbling made it tender and juicy, though I felt it could have used a bit more seasoning to enhance its natural flavors. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, with just the right amount of butter. They weren’t overly seasoned, but they paired well with the steak. The asparagus had a good char but was slightly undercooked for my taste—still crunchy rather than tender-crisp. The burnout mushrooms were the most unique part of the meal. They had a deep, smoky flavor, but some pieces leaned a little too far into being burnt rather than caramelized. While they added an interesting contrast to the plate, I think a more balanced cook on them would have made them shine. Service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was upscale yet comfortable. While I wouldn’t call it the best steakhouse I’ve ever visited, it was a satisfying meal, and I’d be open to trying more dishes on a return visit. Wonderful Valentines Day dinner. Kemal took great care of us - gave us space, but stayed attentive to the table. Romantic atmosphere. Compared to other steakhouses in similar price range, the atmosphere and service was top notch. The food was a little over cooked and salty. But, bottom line, WORTH the visit.

You wouldn't typically associate a water park with good quality steakhouse, but double cut is a great spot. We've been here a couple of times now, and it's been great every time. We went here for a date big and had the hanging bacon, filets with parmasean garlic and blue cheese, and pear toppings. All were wonderful. For sides, we had the crispy Brussel sprouts and garlic mash. Then, the round rock donut bread pudding. Everything was great. the service was solid, and the atmosphere with the lady singing and playing music was wonderful. It's on par with any other nice steakhouse.

We enjoyed our food! Our server, Chris, was great. Also, there was live music and the musician was awesome! Everything was wonderful, we would definitely come back.

Our experience at Double Cut was absolutely amazing ! Chris was so knowledgeable and friendly. We told him that it was our son’s birthday and he had the pianist play happy birthday and sing for him. They even went out of their way and filled out a birthday card for him! The food was great and the customer service even better ! Very pleasant experience!
