Been going to this place since it opened, always great food. I've recently heard great things about their cheese burger, had to finally try it out... Oh boy was that the best decision I've made in a while. It was fantastic. All the foods we ordered were fantastic.

Fine dining atmosphere, however reasonable prices. Enjoyed their 'Speak Easy ' music. A variety of tasty fresh grilled Fish , Steaks & veggies . Generous portions. Spot on service & friendly staff. Comfortable patio. Great selection of wine and craft cocktails! Did not disappoint. Perfect for date night or special occasions. Recommend reservations.

Huisache Grill is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service is top-notch. An electric menu, with a good wine list They are happy to make vegetarian options vegan . I had a avocado sandwich flavorful My friend had a Vera Crux(Mexico City style ) shrimp cocktail . Some nice wine in a welcoming space the ample parking . Prompt friendly service. A patio to have a drink and wait on your table that alleviates your wait to something pleasant

Always a great experience at Huisache. Olivia was the perfect server, and we appreciated her so much. She was excellent. We had the rib-eye and pecan chicken. Awesome evening!

We had an amazing experience at Huisache Grill in New Braunfels! Both of us ordered the medium-rare Mediterranean Lamb Burger with sweet potato fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was cooked to perfection and topped with flavorful feta, pickled onions, fresh lettuce, and tomato. The sweet potato fries were some of the best we’ve ever had—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will definitely be back for another visit. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quaint place to have a nice meal, give this place a try. We had a good time and enjoyed the food. My only suggestion to the restaurant management…please invest some money to make the hard wood chairs more comfortable, also make the rooms a little more upscale by adding some tablecloths, this will make it more comfortable and cozy for your guests.

Impressive would be an understatement to describe dinner last night at Huisache Grill in New Braunfels, TX. A family owned spot for 30 years in an old cabinet shop that is rustically decorated but comfortable. My daughter and I were seated and our server Melissa set us up with drinks while we looked over an interesting menu. It was difficult to decide BUT this place also offers some of the meat options as an add-on to their other plates. So if you want a chicken dish but crave some duck too…you can add duck as a side! I ordered the Huisache Chicken Tortilla soup and Mixed Grill while my daughter ordered from the Mix & Match Combo. Both entrees came with a side salad too. The Chicken Tortilla soup is something you would be remiss…the absolute best version of this soup I’ve ever had! The Mixed Grill had 2x beef medallions, blackened quail, skewered spicy shrimp, and poblano bacon wrapped chicken. I LOVED it all! The creamy horseradish sauce and Dijon/Merlot sauce a wonderful compliment for dipping and the sides of herbed baby potatoes and sautéed vegetable medley nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Mix & Match consisted of beef medallions and the Char-broil grilled duck breast along with green beans and herbed potatoes. Again, everything delicious and the duck was very good and the char didn’t overcook the duck. We tried their GF Apple Crisp…for purists of this dish it is a dramatic flip…but in a good way of this dish. One note…only wine and beer, no cocktails available. This place has excellent service and Melissa was a pleasure to work with, while the soft music and atmosphere is so relaxing.
