I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Mesquite! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and Mayra our bartender was incredibly friendly. I started off with the Old Fashioned cocktail, which was expertly crafted—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and that signature smoky edge. For my meal, I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, and it was hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had. Cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor—it truly lived up to the hype. The marbling made each bite melt in my mouth, and the seasoning was spot on. As a side, I had the Strawberry Salad, and it was the perfect complement to the rich steak. The sweetness of the strawberries paired with the tangy dressing and crunchy nuts made for a refreshing contrast. Every bite was a delightful balance of flavors and textures. Overall, this LongHorn Steakhouse exceeded my expectations. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant. I'll definitely be back for another amazing meal! Highly recommend the Old Fashioned, Outlaw Ribeye, and Strawberry Salad!

I had a great experience at this restaurant in Mesquite, The steak was delicious—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The breaded onion was nice crispy, On top of that, the service was excellent. Our waitress Yami was friendly and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a great option if you're in the area!

We are so excited and honored to have them open a location in our area. Glad to have another choice between Saltgrass and Texas Roadhouse. I met my business partner there and we ate at the bar. Bartenders and staff are friendly and helpful. In fact we saw one of our favorite bartenders formerly of JC's burgers in Mesquite working there. I think her name was Miranda. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting . So the menu is awesome, my partner tried the parmesan chicken, which I should have. Now I have to say I wasn't bowled over by my choice of the chicken fried steak because I had read so many good things about it. You should never judge a steak place by chicken fried steak because you don't go to a steak place unless you're going to eat the steak. The crust was a little crusty and separated from the steak inside. I look forward to ordering the fillet next time. The one point I would like to add is that you got plenty of food with your meal. Each entree included a house salad and two side dishes . As far as prices they were in the ballpark of their competitors, which it's hard to beat Saltgrass for food quality and menu variety, especially their appetizers during happy hour. The place wasn't too busy but we came early. I suspect they will get much better as time goes on because Mesquite needed another good dining choice.

Great experience for my birthday celebration! My sweet ladies showed me some love and our waiter DeMon was excellent. Attentive and very respectful. Food was great! I’ll be back sooner than later.

Spectacular experience, I’ve heard lots about Longhorn and wanted to try it out since we finally got one in Mesquite. I went in during the absolute busiest time they could have, no parking spaces and still got seated right away, (granted I was alone), food was great! I get the sirloin at all steak houses and if we’re being honest I still prefer TRH due to bang over buck but this steak here certainly had a superior char. Service is also absolutely amazing, I’ve never seen a better team dynamic and quick service. Fries taste just like bar fries so it might be perfect for you, they were packed to the absolute limit and I don’t think anyone fell short on anything. Staff was amazing despite some bitchy customers, worth mentioning too I went in looking a hot mess and still got that same spectacular service. Would definitely visit again as prices were certainly more than fair

Was glad to finally have one closer to home my bf and I are always driving to Plano. Anyways food and service was great. I spilled my margarita on me and the staff was very helpful and got me cleaned up. Our waitress Shayla was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be coming back.

Demon was an amazing server! Very attentive to the table, gave great menu recommendations and was very kind. Our food was wonderful, our steaks cooked perfectly and the food was so flavorful. We will certainly be back!

5 Stars all around! Great tasting perfectly cooked and seasoned food, excellent service and beautiful aesthetics. We came here for my husband’s birthday tonight and now I want to come back for mine… or maybe even sooner for just a date night. The drinks are on point as well and I thought I was going to pay way for more that excellent food and service but the prices were just as perfect as everything else. Can’t wait to come back!!
