Customer Review Summary
Food quality at Logan's Roadhouse is inconsistent, with some dishes like ribs often being dry and tough, while others like the lobster tail and shrimp combo receive high praise for their flavor and presentation. Service varies significantly; some experiences highlight friendly and attentive staff, such as waitress Alyssa C., while others report poor management and long wait times leading to a negative dining experience. Casual ambiance and delicious buttered rolls are appreciated, but cleanliness concerns have been noted, including a cockroach sighting. Overall, while some patrons enjoy the atmosphere and certain menu items, others express disappointment and suggest preferring competitor restaurants.

The Food from here is okay, it's a very casual place, when i come here i always order ribs or the prime rib, from previous experiences the ribs tend to be dry and the prime rib in my last visit was very tough for medium rare, for the price I paid I expected better. I do enjoy the buttered rolls they serve here they are delicious. The staff can sometimes be super friendly or very neutral, on my last visit they forgot to split the dish as I requested. Overall a decent place to eat, but I would definitely prefer other places instead.

I was really looking forward to eating here today. I must say that I was very under impressed with the food today. I ordered the ribs, and I thought it would be a plate full of fall off the bone ribs. Instead, I got this on the picture, and they were dry. The beed tips were dry also, and the roadies were very deceiving. I believe the price for the food was not according to the quality and finished product. I did not return anything due to the cardinal rule. I believe that if the food was this bad, it was prepared by individuals who really don't care about the presentation of the plate or the quality, for that matter. I have to admit the server was nice and very polite.

My husband liked his steak, my salmon was fine but was missing the garlic butter in the ramekin. Still: we loved the excellent service we received from our waitress, Alyssa C. , she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was quick to take our drink orders, quickly brought the bread, and checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. What really impressed me was her ability to anticipate our needs. She noticed our water glasses were getting low and brought us refills before we even had to ask. When we were finished with our meal, she promptly cleared our plates. Her positive attitude and genuine smile truly enhanced our lunch experience. Excellent service can make or break a meal, and Alyssa C. definitely made ours exceptional! I would highly recommend asking for her section if you visit. Great service by Alyssa C. Thank you!!

Restaurant Review: Logan's Roadhouse - A Symphony of Culinary Brilliance Upon entering the hallowed halls of Logan's, one is immediately transported into a realm where culinary artistry and gastronomic grandeur converge. Nestled in the heart of the city, Logan's is a sanctuary for the discerning palate, a bastion of culinary finesse that promises an unforgettable experience. This evening, I had the singular pleasure of indulging in the pièce de résistance of their menu: The Logan's Lobster Tail and Shrimp Combo. As the dish arrived, it was as if the sea itself had been summoned to our table, draped in a tapestry of vibrant colors and tantalizing aromas. The presentation was a masterclass in sophistication, a harmonious tableau that set the stage for what was to come. The first bite of the lobster tail was a revelation. Each succulent morsel was imbued with a subtle smokiness, a whisper of the ocean that lingered on the palate with an almost ethereal delicacy. The flesh was tender, yet firm, a perfect testament to the chef's deft touch. It was as though the lobster had been plucked from the depths of Neptune's domain and kissed by the flames of Hephaestus himself. Accompanying this oceanic marvel were the shrimp, each one a gem of the sea, cooked to perfection. They were a symphony of flavors—sweet, briny, and with a hint of garlic that danced on the tongue like a waltz in the moonlight. The shrimp, cloaked in a velvety beurre blanc sauce, were nothing short of divine, a celestial experience that transcended mere sustenance and entered the realm of the sublime. The dish was complemented by a delicate asparagus spear, lightly charred and seasoned to perfection, its crispness providing a delightful counterpoint to the lusciousness of the seafood. A drizzle of lemon-infused olive oil added a touch of brightness, elevating the dish to heights previously unimagined. In the grand tapestry of gastronomy, The Logan's Lobster Tail and Shrimp Combo is a masterpiece, a magnum opus that stands as a testament to the chef's unparalleled artistry. Logan's has not merely crafted a meal; they have conjured a symphony, a dance of flavors that transports the diner to the zenith of culinary ecstasy. In the words of a humble food critic, this dish is nothing less than a transcendent experience. It is a reminder that true artistry lies not just in the complexity of the ingredients but in the passion and love with which they are crafted. At Logan's, one does not merely dine; one embarks on a journey, a pilgrimage to the very heart of culinary excellence.

My kids, Ribeye, New York, and my porterhouse were well done or right a bit under. We asked for them medium. Too salty. And they didn't taste grilled. Service was great and on the end we just didn't bother the waiter Gus with it. We did our best to keep our spirits high and enjoyed the evening. The place lacked energy vibes. But the service was great. He always came around and made sure we were OK. And I believe one of the managers did too.

I am extremely embarrassed at the treatment we received. It was my idea to take our out of town visitors to Logan’s, and it was the worst mistake I could have ever made. Upon arrival, the manager approached our table and asked to speak to the “person in charge” of the table in private. They were asked to make sure everyone payed for their food. Apparently none of the servers wanted to wait on our table because “our table” had a reputation of not paying their tab. He said it had been 3 times before. This took us by surprise as we had not been to this Logan’s location in a group in over a year (and yes we paid), and the rest of our party was from out of town. They had never been to any Logan’s before. That set the stage for the rest of our visit. We waited for a very long time to be attended. Some did not get drinks for a long time. We didn’t get salads or bread for at least an hour and a half after sitting down. A person in our party didn’t even get her food at all. We should have left after the manager approached us, and I will NEVER go to the location again. The treatment we received was degrading. We were singled out and treated poorly because of the actions of others. Maybe our group looked like other church groups, but I know that my family and our visitors had never left without paying. Especially our visitors as they had never been here before.
