We went for a party, my friends rented out the upstairs, it was very nice, quaint, and perfect for a small party! They served jalapeño poppers, popcorn chicken, sliders, and shrimp, the food was very tasty! The open bar as well as bartenders knew how to make great drinks!! If you’re looking to throw a party this is definitely a great find!

This is a great little place for a semi-fancy meal. Fabian was a great server who accommodated our every need. We got a variety of appetizers to try many things. Started with the Risotto Balls which were a crisp delight of creamy risotto rolled in panko crust and topped with a creamy pesto sauce. It was on a bit of garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes. Next we tried the Creole Crab Dip with perfectly crisp, warm tortilla chips. The Mahi Mahi Coconut nuggets were good but a bit over cooked; still tasty with the spicy marmalade. But one of the best things was the blackened shrimp. Large meaty grilled shrimp with a creole type gravy on a mound of garlic mashed potatoes. Also served with a side of melted butter. We tasted the Expresso Martini which was good and coffee flavored but no garnish, which always adds to the delight to mixed drinks. Overall we really enjoyed ourself and sitting on the back closed in porch was wonderful to be able to look at the water and not sweat! We will definitely be back!

Tallulah did an amazing job with our large party! The food was hit and fresh, the drinks were yummy and the atmosphere was perfect for our large party. Highly recommended if you are craving seafood and are in the Kemah area!

Always good and consistent, everyone is friendly. My favorite dinner: Keto Tacos, which is blackened shrimp served in avocado halves with hot sauce and cheese. Delicious!

I’d never been to this place, nor never heard of it, but was invited to a birthday celebration. The restaurant is located in a pretty compact area consisting of other restaurants and bars, but super easy to find and park. When we arrived, our party was already seated on the patio and the place was packed on a Friday night. Our waitress was Talulah and she was fantastic. Very attentive and fast, especially for a party of 10. I had the Spicy Cucumber Martini and it was divine. My dinner selection was the Snapper Ponchartrain with a double side of the Spicy Mac & Cheese. While the fish was good, it wasn’t great. Being this close to the water, I expected a tastier fish especially at this price. All in all, I had an enjoyable experience and would return.

Schafer's family owned restaurant. All of their food is great! We usually go for breakfast or brunch. They have friendly staff and fast service. Sometimes, there is a wait for a table, but they get you seated as fast as they can. You can dine in or order to go. The pancakes are better than Kelley's!!
