Samurai Japanese steak and sushi

Only giving 2 stars because the shaggy dog roll and salad was pretty good. Other than that, I won’t be back. The food had an overall burnt taste. I got chicken hibachi and no where on the menu does it say mushrooms would be mixed into it- I hate mushrooms. My brother got a mai tai and it had a really weird, off taste. We asked them to take it off of our check because he didn’t even drink it and it seemed like it was a huge deal for them. Then, as we’re singing happy birthday, I had my leg stretched out, not in the way but straight as I’ve had several surgeries on it and it’s uncomfortable being bent for too long, and another cook (pictured) was pushing his cart up, while looking at my leg, never says excuse me or sorry or anything and pushes the cart repeatedly into my leg. Never once offered an apology and I saw him look directly at my leg. I could’ve easily moved if asked. Wouldn’t recommend, there’s much better hibachi restaurants out there.

Still my favorite local Hibachi spot in Webster. Priced fair for what you get. Hibachi is always a full plate of food and expect to have left overs. All while in a fun enjoyable environment / show. Their sushi is another favorite. Try the chefs choice. Or just tell them what type of items you do enjoy and they will make you something special to fit your needs. Staff is always quick and tentative. Quick on the refills and service on point, never had a bad experience here. Lunch special is normally the go to. Which comes with your choice of a soup or salad. Dinner portion comes with both soup and salad. Until next time. Enjoy

Used to be a really cool experience not so much anymore. The food is still pretty good. I got a big family, 7 kids, and they charged me the party gratuity so that’s all they got.

I came here on a Friday night. The waitress was very nice and friendly. But the establishment is not clean!! While sitting at the table a roach crawled across. I thought I was mistaken until the chef tells the busboy in Spanish there is a roach and is laughing. I asked for a manager, paid for the items I did already eat and left. It was small roach, which means they are definitely infested. I would avoid unless you want a side of roach fried rice with your meal.

Worst experience EVER! GENERAL MANAGER IS THE WORST PERSON! Our entire table had an issue with the cook as he was not properly trained. Our food was cold before we were able to even attempt to eat it. He cooked the eggs and rice first when there were steak orders. He scorched the eggs and still cooked chicken in my parties rice when they asked for no chicken. Oh! Do not forget the upcharge for chicken to be cooked in your rice, which I've never seen and it isn't on the menu that you'll be charged an additional $2.75 for your fried rice with chicken. I've never seen a hibachi restaurant cook chicken in the rice and then charge you extra for the rice even if you don't want the chicken. It's not even on the menu! The manager was also rude. We asked him over and over to remove certain items from our ticket because they did not prepare our food correctly and he refused. When we refused to pay, HE CALLED THE POLICE! After the police arrived, he finally agreed to take some items off my parties' ticket but not before he could get in a disrespectful comment. One person in my party frequently visits the place and she stated that as she stood there speaking to him. He responds by saying, "Yeah, you always come but you complain every time!" My jaw dropped! The audacity of this restaurant to attempt to charge us and then try to force us to pay for food we did not order is criminal.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. It’s nothing greater than spending your hard earned money and the experience is so satisfying. The food was so fresh, seasoned and flavorful. We ordered the hibachi chicken, beef, and shrimp. A little tip for any first timers, all the beef offerings were delicious and tender, you don’t even need to splurge on the higher grades. The grill chef was excellent and we really appreciate his showmanship. My only drawback was the cocktail offerings and the service was a bit slow.
