Very friendly manager and staff Juno and Sammie who took great care in whatever we needed from another cold beer to a second plate to share our yummy meal. Loved our burgers and onion rings! Will definitely be back.

Saturday is Bike night at their TC location! Everything was fine and dandy for my hubby and I until we closed the tab. Two budlights at $4.50 each, two double grey goose n pineapple juice @$16 and some change each, Birria taco $16 and Birria quesadillas$13 came to $100.16 and some change. Why tho, that doesn’t add up to $100.16 even with tax so hubby asked for itemized receipt and lo n behold our waitress that started out awesome added a $15 automatic gratuity tip to our tab! I can understand for large crowds but for two people?? Diners beware! She scratched off the $20 tip we initially left since she helped herself with the $15 tip! She also asked for our card as a placeholder after we ordered the drinks, without saying that there is an added up charge for credit card payments vs cash payments!

Me and my husband are such foodies and we love to try new places. It’s really rare if I leave a review on a restaurant. But I think this restaurant deserves this review. (Personally, feel like customer service is very important) We walked in wanting to enjoy a nice lunch. But unfortunately, as soon as we walked in, we were never attended. We waited at the front door for about 4/5 minutes. The bartender saw that we were at the door and was not attentive. So we decided to take our own initiative and walk to get a table. The bartender with a pink shirt and black straight hair continued not to say anything to us. Thinking she would say at least “take a seat. I will make sure someone is with you soon.” But she did not say one word. I would understand if the restaurant was busy. But nowhere near! Unfortunately, we had to walk out. We have a bunch of family and friends that comes out of town all the time and wanting to try great places in Texas, but unfortunately, this will not be one. We will be recommending to friends or family.

Wife and I came here for lunch. It was seat yourself seating. Place was decorated really nice and looked really clean. Menus were brought quickly and our drink orders taken. Our waitress was extremely nice and professional. However, after our drink orders were taken everything else took forever. There was no sense of urgency within the restaurant/bar at all. We ordered chips with salsa and queso as an appetizer along with Buffalo chicken fries. Chips and queso was ok but the Buffalo chicken fries were absolutely horrible. I don't know what kind of Buffalo sauce that is but it is absolutely disgusting and taste nothing like Buffalo sauce. I got a hamburger with bacon and cheese with fries. I thought it was ok and really just average which was kind of disappointing because I had heard the burgers were really good. Wife got a beef fajita skillet which she said the meat had good flavor and was not tough. Overall not too impressed with this bar and grill.

Stopped by Hoppe’s, and it did not disappoint! Started with the brisket nachos—they were pretty good, though I’m one to like a heavy hand with the brisket! That said, the highlight for me was the pork cracklins, which came out still crackling fresh—crispy, flavorful, and full of that perfect bite. The egg rolls were a big hit too; they were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Overall, Hoppe’s has some awesome appetizers that are worth coming back for. Looking forward to trying more of the menu! Didn’t try the games but they look fun

The experience was unfortunate. My first time here, but my friend who lives nearby said he had been here several times with mostly good experiences. Apparently the food is good. We never got around to ordering food because we got no service. We were in here for two hours, got our first pretty quickly, but then the second beer took forever, and when we were wanting to order the third beer, we waited for 35 minutes with empty beers in front of us sitting at the bar, we couldn’t flag them down, they had scales on their faces, it appeared like they were overworked and possibly understaffed, probably nice people, but we wouldn’t know that. It was not a good experience. Will try them again, hopefully they will have added more staff by then. Also, we saw two other couples leave who had been sitting at the bar for quite a while, waiting, they two were frustrated.

What a hidden gem 💎 I am delighted to have finally stopped in! The food is absolutely fantastic, It is fresh made to order, and the perfectly seasoned Bloody Mary made with rum instead of vodka is something that I am keeping in my at-home bar 4 sure!

This was my first time here. I'm not that old but it was SO loud in here that I couldn't even hear my husband talking right across from me. It wasn't that busy inside but we still had to wait awhile for a waitress to come by to give us menus and get our drink order. The restaurant was very clean and there was a lot to look at on the walls. We decided to order chips and queso. It came out hot but I did not care for the taste or the seasoning on the chips. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese with fries. I'm not sure why they call them fries because they are definitely more like thick, hard chips. That same seasoning that was on the chips was on the "fries" so I didn't care for them either. The brisket was very odd tasting. I definitely do not recommend it. The waitress was nice but based on the food, I will not return. I cannot comment on any of the alcohol because I just ordered water.
