Customer Review Summary
The reviews of Outback Steakhouse reflect a mix of experiences. Many customers praised the quality of the steaks and food, with some calling it the best steak they've had in a long time. Notable service experiences were highlighted, particularly from specific staff members like Connie and Annette, who provided attentive and hospitable service. However, there were also concerning curbside order issues, including forgotten items and poor food quality, specifically old fries. Several diners mentioned the prices, indicating that while the steaks may be small, the overall meal costs are expected for a steakhouse. Overall, while the food and service can vary, several customers expressed a desire to return, especially for the steaks and the friendly service.

This was the best steak I have had in a very very long time. The cost is what you would expect for a steak house. My husband and I had an appetizer steaks and desserts, no alcohol. Cost about $120 before tip. It was amazing and we will return. The service was great and all the employees were buzzing around looking like they had purpose.

Ordered curbside, fries were old , they didn’t put lids on the whip cream, strawberry sauce, forgot to include the bread roll that comes with the steak, they did not include condiments that we requested. Baked potatoes was supposed to have chives, butter and bacon. None of that was in our bag. When I called the girl blamed me for the fries being old. I had to go back and forth with her over this. She offered to make more French fries but by then I was so stressed with having to explain the issues with our meal I did not want to drive back down there. We couldn’t even eat the fries due to how old they tasted. The steaks are way too small for the price they cost. Will not buy curbside again. The shrimp and ribs are very good however. For curbside they should be more organized and not rush orders. Especially due to how much the meals cost.

It’s Outback… the food is only but so good. This one is on par with all the other ones I’ve been to around the country. Honestly I only stopped because I wanted a steak and Texas Roadhouse was PACKED. It’s my go to for a cheap steak. But let me tell you why I even bothered to review this place. The service is the best I’ve had in this town! I sat at the bar and miss Connie (sp?) was an amazing bartender/server. Very good at selling food and a very sweet person. Not sure if it’s an Outback thing or not but she boxed up the food for me. I’ve only ever had that at nice restaurants. All the other servers seemed very attentive as well. My food came out hot and delicious for what it was. I will definitely stop here again next time I’m craving a steak!

Everything was good, fries stayed warm even after 20 minutes of being at the table. Tatianna K was great, we didn't have to ask for refills she was on it. The rice fluffy flavor was great and what was not shown was the rye bread finished before I could get a picture lol.

Annette was amazing. Food took a lil while to come out, but came out fresh & 🔥. Alfredo pasta was a little dry. Everything else was seasoned good.

Decided to come here for lunch on Sunday, but had to make sure we beat the church crowd. Our waitress was Tatiana, but she was with a BIG group so Jordan (store owner) took our order while Tatiana was with the other table. Jordan remembered us from our previous visit and chatted for a bit before Tatiana came over, she took really good care of us. We had the bone in ribeye, steakhouse Macaroni, and seasoned rice, and The Tim Tam for dessert (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). The service was great and the food was really good, definitely a returning customer.
The One LEGACY
The waiter was VERY knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious. Haven't been to this restaurant in a while, but it's worth every penny. For a party of two, we paid $155.
