Outback Steakhouse

Came to the area for the last Cowboys Preseason came and was craving steak. This location was close to my hotel so I trekked over. I walked in and was immediately greeted! I had the pleasure of having Alan waiting on me during my visit. He was very personable and even liked chatting. I am a talker! The manager stopped by and was very pleased to know that his staff had been exceptional and that I had noticed how clean this location was! I love when managers take pride in their business. 😁 My food came out quickly and was delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly and potato had plenty of butter. I ordered carrot cake to go and it is one of the best I have had. ( thank God no raisins🤣) oh, they even do a virgin version of their shark drink so of course I had to have one. 🦈 When in Irving, go visit the crew at this Outback.

Amazing experience! The food was on point, we had a flat coke at first, but the manager Lilly came and made it right. She also treated us with some delicious special butter for the bread, that should be on the actual menu! Super delicious! Thanks Lilly! You were the best!

Exactly what I expected. Service was trash. Got all of my orders wrong in some form or fashion (wrong soup, wrong cook on steak, bad tea, etc.) At least they offered dessert 🤷‍♀️. The chili was the most notable part of our meal. Nice n spicy, no beans, tender tomatoes, good chunks of steak.

We've been coming to this location for over 30 years. Through the years we've had many great servers, but lately, we've had the exact same waitress for the last 10 or so visits. And I just have to say that Mimi IS AMAZING! She is the best server and so attentive to our needs. We had a large Christmas party here and she took care of our entire group of 30 by herself and did an excellent job! We love Mimi!

And I just have to say that Mimi IS AMAZING! She is the best server and so attentive to our needs. We had a large Christmas party here and she took care of our entire group of 30 by herself and did an excellent job! We love Mimi!

Summer was a very patient and caring server. We appreciate her attention to detail. My sister enjoyed her Birthday lunch event. They even went and find candle her and her twin sister. It was great feeling of joy in the environment!!! We appreciate them making us feel welcome!!!!! May God bless Summer and rest of the staff that picked to help!!!

O wish there was a negative star so I can give the proper rating.-10.The waitress must’ve been new as she came to my side of the table to help her push/ find the food I was ordering, after telling her I wanted to place a take out and bring it with the bill. She brought it before our meals were served then argued with me stating I didn’t tell her that, then the dirty dishes were not taken from our table when our meal came and the steak was med. rare but so tough I couldn’t cut it also the sweet potatoes was watered and so wilted like it was boiled—see pics.My husband asked for a loaded potato but he got sour cream and a few chives 😆🤦🏾‍♀️there was much more. The manager did come and removed sum items after I showed her the items and asked her to try cutting that nasty steak. STAY AT HOME AND MAKE YOUR OWN.. I will NOT return

I had an amazing experience with Wendy! The food was great, and the service was exceptional. Wendy’s outstanding hospitality made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again! Let me know if you’d like further tweaks!
