Visited on a Friday night and faced a 55-minute wait, but it was absolutely worth it. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the top steak spots in the DFW area!

The food was hot very fresh and the medium rare steak sirloin was cook correctly. My favorite side was the loaded potato it was hot had lots of filling.The overall all Texas Roadhouse experience was pretty nice had an attentive waiter as well as manager check up on us if we needed anything else.

I'm a New Yorker, and I've eaten here plenty of times, so why not try it actually in Texas. The young man i was traveling with provoked our thoughts when he asked, "Do you think the food will be fresher here?" Well, let me tell you, I'm not sure if it was, but I know it was tastier. My ribeye steak was so well seasoned and tender, as well as all our orders. The food quality was A1.

It's always packed. You gotta come in like early bird dining. To get in fast. They WILL NOT seat you unless your party is all there. Desk girls never look happy. But our server was great. Food came out for a party of 5 in a decent amount of time.

Talk about busy .. but well worth the wait. Hubby and I loved hanging out with our spiritual brother and sister. The food was delicious. Also, there were peanuts and a pail on the table for snacking. How cute! Our waiter was very kind and attentive to our needs. The manager also came by to make sure that everything was okay.

I can’t begin to say how awesome our waitress was! She was top notch! Super efficient and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Ema… she mentioned she recently transferred from a location in Utah. We traveled to Dallas from California and were so impressed. Best service we’ve had this side of the Mississippi! If you ever get the chance to dine at THIS Texas Roadhouse do yourself a favor and request her! Also, the food was good! We got the prime rib and a country fried chicken with country gravy. But if I’m being honest, the top notch service is what I’ll remember!

Management handled it perfectly, came to the table, apologized, fixed the order, and discounted that dish. The atmosphere is inviting. It was very busy this night, and the wait time to be seated was 1.5 to 2 hours. They do text when you table is ready so you can wait in your car. It can be loud inside, so prepare yourself for that. The prices are reasonable and not overly priced. The service, tonight, was not up to par. After we were seated, we got our drinks, then got our food. Never saw the waitress again until she dropped the bill. I personally judge good service not by how many times they stop to check on you, but can they waiter or waitress be almost invisible, but still make sure your drinks, sodas, btw, stay filled. All 3 of our drinks ran out and sure would have been nice to have them refilled, especially with the prices of a soda, which is where they make their money. Costs pennies per drink. Hope this helps.
