Outback Steakhouse

Today was soooo beautiful. The steak was mouth watering delicious. The cheesecake was very good. And that Mac and cheese was beyond good. The Assistant Manager Chris came over to my table and wished me a Happy Valentine's Day which I thought was very sweet. The staff and waitress were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend you go and enjoy a steak. I got mine medium well and it didn't disappoint. The lobster was very tender.

Chelsey, Ashley, Chris, and Darius are the best in the business!!!! The service here is beyond amazing. The food came out perfect and was delicious. This is the peak of service industry excellence! If you want a great meal and top notch experience look no further. The whole crew is a hoot go get some shrimp on the barbie.

First time my wife and I dined here, and it was a 10/10 experience. As someone who has worked and managed in the service industry, finding truly good service is a rarity in this day and age, because the nature of the field can sometimes not always be pleasant. Thomas provided us service that beats service I’ve received at fine dining restaurants, and it made the entire experience that much more enjoyable, and is why we will be back. The food here was awesome as well, so I want to shoutout the entire team at this location from the kitchen crew, to the hostess, and again Thomas. You guys are a killer crew, keep being amazing. Can’t wait to come back! Cal

I usually love Outback. I was just complimenting them to someone at another restaurant just this week. I tried this location for the first time today. The steak was cooked wonderfully with good spice, and the mashed potatoes were perfection. The diet coke syrup to carbonation mix was great. However, the bartender/manager was the bringer of doom and bad news. I asked for a drink, she had to come over and make a production. I told them their Mac and Cheese was over peppered, which it was, she comes over and tells me it's pre-prepared, condescendingly, and offers no solutions. I've had this Mac and cheese many many times at other location, it was too peppery, so I told her it was cold next, so she finally got me another (also too peppery). If I'm going to pay for a premium side and eat the calories it should be right. I don't know if they are new but my advice is to not have that manager approach the customers. The server was personable, no issues there. I usually love Outback, I have for over 20 years, maybe I'll find another location, or try it again after some time.

My experience at Outback Steakhouse in Allen, TX off 75 was really disappointing. I ordered a smoked Old-Fashioned from the manager before my dinner even arrived, but the drink never showed up. To make matters worse, I never received a check and had to go to the front desk to pay the clerk on my way out. The service felt unorganized, and no one checked on us during the meal to ensure everything was going well. A few simple check-ins could have easily caught these issues and made the experience much better. Hopefully, they’ll focus more on attentive customer service in the future.

Made a 45 minute drive to enjoy dinner here tonight. From the moment we entered service was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress, Kayla, was absolutely phenomenal! Super friendly and on top of her game! Food and drinks came out just as ordered and tasted wonderful! Will definitely make the drive to eat here again!

The waiter was really nice, and the place was clean. The manager checked on us to make sure everything was good. The only downside was that the steak wasn't cooked the way I asked.

Kyler was our waiter and he is just an amazing guy all around! His positivity and welcoming personality made us feel so happy to be there. He was so fun and attentive I hope his boss sees this bc he deserves a raise. Actually everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. From the hostess to another employee who held the door open for us to the girl who brought our drinks. My son and I had a fantastic evening!
