We had the best meal here! It was our first time and it definitely did not disappoint. We had Mexican ceviche, monkey bread, lobster crab cakes, gator bites, and Lettuce wraps. Each was absolutely amazing, the ceviche was devine. I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was absolutely the sweetest! 10/10

This place is one of my all-time favorites! The patio in the summer is perfect, and their cozy winter igloos with fireplaces make chilly evenings so inviting. The ceviche is always incredible, and their diverse menu never disappoints. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Kelsey was by far the best hostess I have ever encountered! My wife and I drove all the way down from buffalo NY, found this place online and we’re wow’s by Kelsey! The food, drinks and atmosphere was amazing and didn’t disappoint. The welcome and the friendliness was phenomenal! 1000% recommend this place and hope you have the pleasure to have Kelsey as a hostess! Thank you for the awesome experience!

A great little spot. Was definitely quite busy on a Saturday morning but we got seated and got our food quite quick despite that which was impressive. I got myself a burger which was cooked perfectly, my girlfriend got a breakfast burrito and we shared mimosas. All the food was delicious, and the mimosas were strong which was nice. I will say, they could definitely use more info on their menu about the food. My girlfriend is allergic to green bell peppers and it was in both her burrito and breakfast potatoes and didn't say that, so she grumbled and picked them out but could've been saved the trouble if it was listed. Very minor gripe, which didn't hamper the experience too much. Heavily recommend this spot.

We had an amazing time at State of Confusion! We started with the Margarita and Peach Paloma, both refreshing and delicious. But the highlight was definitely the Ceviche Sampler – a must-try! It was a perfect way to experience a variety of flavors, from the Mexican ceviche with shrimp (our favorite) to the Peruvian, Mojito Avocado, and Mahi. Each one was fantastic, but if you're a fan of avocado, the Mojito Avocado and Mahi ceviche is a real treat. As a bonus, we were also treated to a complimentary Gator Gumbo, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch! The service was exceptional, thanks to our wonderful server, Lisa Marie. She was so sweet, attentive, and engaging. We mentioned that we had just moved to Chattanooga, and she not only took great care of us but also gave us a fantastic list of hikes and local spots to check out. We could've chatted with her for hours! Highly recommend this spot – you can’t go wrong with the food or the service. We’ll definitely be back!

In town from Nashville and we were looking for a unique place to eat and this place did not disappoint! The ambiance is unique especially if you're able to sit in a heated igloo, which we were able to do. The food was super yummy and cooked to perfection Our server Lionel was AMAZING! Super nice and was accommodating to any requests we had! Will be back when we come to a Chattanooga again

amazing food , amazing atmosphere and even better service. We loved everything we got, especially the loaded potato chip nachos, skirt steak chimi and the chocolate bread pudding. It’s also so nice going somewhere that’s welcoming to toddlers. Micah was our server and was fantastic! welcoming , attentive and made great suggestions! loved everything about our visit.
