We had a very pleasant lunch experience on a gloomy afternoon. Our server, Morgan, was very patient, kind, and helpful throughout our dine. We ordered the Fried Mushrooms as an appetizer and it was the highlight of the meal. They were perfectly fried and not overly greasy. I ordered the Sirloin & Alice Springs Chicken combo for my entree. The steak was cooked to medium rare, as requested and while good, I felt it was a bit over-peppered and under-seasoned. I had no complaints about the chicken or sides. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience both in food and service.

Our server, Steve, was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent. The restrooms were very clean. If we are ever in that area again, we will definitely go back.

I do not recommend this location to anyone looking to spoil there significant other one on a relaxing night with a steak or even to enjoy a family night dinner out we both order the 16 ounce seasoned and seared prime rib not only was it undercooked, but as you can tell from both of the pictures, both steaks had at least 8 ounces of fat it was a very disappointing evening for the both of us The total price for the meal for 4 of us was $183.34 we came to enjoy a meal and left with the regret of choosing this location. I do wanna time the time to say I do understand it isn’t the waiters fault but if you know someone is paying good for a meal And you even say that looks disgusting why would you not take it back even after we had to talk to the manager about it I don’t have any problem paying for a good cooked meal, even leaving a generous tip out of respect smh I like fat on my steak it makes the flavor makes that steak taste good in it. We all know that, but 8 ounces half of the steak that you’re paying for. Just don’t make the same mistake. Take your woman somewhere else.

We came around 1pm for lunch and there was less than 10 other people in the restaurant. The servers and the host were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. They were Super friendly and sweet. Food was delicious, my favorite is the cheese fries. The portions are pretty good sizes and fit the price. Definitely recommend!

We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was around 25% full. Our server had no more than 4 tables and the service was horrible. She acted like she really did not care. The food was average at best. We will not be back. Not the type of experience we expected.

We had the worst customer service that I have ever had in my 65 years of living. Me and 3 of my church members went there (Outback at Northgate Mall in Chattanooga,Tn) today(1/4/25) after visiting our sick and shut in members. The hostess was very nice and friendly who sat us down. We sat there from 3:00-3:15 with waitresses and waiters working all around us. No one ever came to our table to give us water or say anything to us at all. After 15 minutes of no response we got up and left. One of the members in our group called that store and asked to speak to the manager who he finally got after a few minutes on the phone. The manager’s name is James Sawyer. He stated that he saw us leaving and he asked us to come back and he would take care of our bill. Now why would we go back after being treated the way that we were. And also if he saw us leaving why didn’t he make an attempt to stop us. The workers are only as good as their management. We left there and went to Outback at Hamilton Place and received excellent customer service. I would highly recommend that everyone would bypass that poor customer service place.
