We came in after a hike and had one of the best burgers ever! We sat at the bar and there was awesome service! We also tried the potato fries and the potato salad, which was a total hit! This place is definitely worth trying out

We were in town for a vacation and came here for a quick lunch, but were blown away by the experience. Our server was the most enthusiastic, friendly, hospitable human who truly loved his job and believed in the spirit of the business. The restaurant is a farm-to-table concept, with artisanal quality dishes, that felt like we were guests at a friend's house. We had a burger and a smoked gumbo (a temporary feature dish), which were absolutely phenomenal. The gumbo was borderline life-changing, and we still talk about it to this day. We also had a couple craft cocktails, including a frozen gin & tonic which was a fun and delicious spin on the traditional simple mixed drink. We truly loved this place, the whole vibe, the food, the drinks, and the people. It's been quite a while since our visit and we still think about it.

My husband and I are in Chattanooga for the first time on our honeymoon. When we went to Ruby Falls the other day, we heard the tour guide recommend this place as a good food recommendation. We stopped for lunch before going to the aquarium today. It was the best food we’ve had all week and decided to come back for dinner later tonight. Not only was the food exquisite and so satisfying, but the service was outstanding. We even received a complimentary chorizo from the kitchen. Both waitresses we had were so friendly and provided excellent service. We will definitely be coming back anytime we come back this way.

We all ordered the burger after hearing how good it is supposed to be. However, it comes with bacon and none of us eat pork. We asked if they had a beef bacon substitute (being a butcher shop, you would think they might be able to accommodate), but they said no. So what we ended up with was a very expensive burger ($16) that was just average and did not even include any fries. We ordered two side orders of fries and we're surprised that they were not normal fries at all, but were more like deep fried potato chips (see attached pic). I even asked the server, thinking that perhaps there was a mistake. "No, those are the fries." Overall, a very average meal (we have had much better burgers elsewhere) at a surprisingly high price.

BEST time EVER!!! I cannot say enough good things about Main Street Meats. We came for lunch & Seth was AMAZING! All of the staff were great, but Seth was exceptional. We had loved the food & bevs so much we spent a joyous 2 and a half hours living in the moment here. We will be back!!

Lee at the bar is knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. We could come back just to chat with Lee but I’m pretty sure the hot potato salad will have us coming back on a regular basis. Coffee was exceptional and my smoked turkey sandwich was the best!

The food is excellent, but meat is their specialty. We had the local burger for lunch and it was delicious. We enjoyed the food so much, we went back for dinner the next night. They did not disappoint. The steaks were great. The staff was very hospitable and had good recommendations. We will definitely go back.
