Terribly cooked ribeye. Waited so long for a nice steak dinner. Ordered medium well and burnt well done. Not sure why. Iwas offered a new steak but I figured if they can't get it right the first time then forget it. Nancy was kind enough to discount me at least. But I'd rather just had a nice steak dinner.

Went to Longhorn on 3/1 and it was the worst experience I've ever had there. First, we were seated between 2:30 and 3:00 pm. As the server went over the menu, at no time were we advised that the menu was incorrect and didn't include 2 sides as stated. Orders were placed according to the menu, with 2 sides, and when one in our group questioned whether they had to get 2 sides, was told no but it wouldn't change the cost. More than 20 minutes after ordering appetizers, they were delivered. Food was not delivered for another 18 to 20 minutes for a total of 40 minutes after order, at minimum. When food was delivered, the steaks were tiny, smallest steaks I've ever seen. My child's 6 oz might have been 4 oz before cooking. Her medium well was overdone on the outside and barely medium on the inside. The macaroni and cheese was so dry that it crumbled. My sweet potato had no cinnamon and my companions baked potato was dead before it ever was sent out, cooked under a heat lamp for hours too long. Broccoli tasted like fish, his steak was ordered medium and it was the texture of shoe leather. Not once was my drink refilled. The only bright spot was the bread. When the bill arrived, I was overcharged. When I pointed that out, a waitress said she'd have a manager adjust. The ONLY thing the arrogant "manager" did was change the bill so the overcharged items weren't carved out, and sent a new bill for the exact same amount. I guess they banked on less intelligent people just accepting their ridiculous ploy. I will NEVER be back. I'm complaining to corporate and requesting half of my money back. I would NOT recommend. Again, this was not a busy time, our server was apathetic from the moment we arrived, and only got worse the longer we were seated, until she ultimately disappeared. Other tables in our area were complaining, we were not and only questioned the check. It was honestly a very unpleasant meal and experience and capped off with a slap in the face at the mishandling of the bill.

Some positives: Our waitress was sweet, and my husband’s ribeye was normal and cooked medium rare, as ordered. But y’all. I’m posting a picture of my MEDIUM RARE “filet mignon.” It looked like a dry pork chop. I ordered a re-do and ended up cancelling because everyone was finished eating while I was still waiting. The manager was kind and apologetic, but she brought out the re-do as we were leaving, and it looked nearly identical to the first attempt. She said, “I don’t know why they’re so flat!” As an aside, our daughter’s “medium rare” sirloin was also WAY overdone, had to be re-cooked and still came out a little burnt. All in all, a disappointing outing for our family.

We got on the wait list through the website and were seated sooner than our estimated wait time. I tried the parmesan crusted chicken for the first and it was amazing. The broccoli side was delicious as always. My husband said his steak was cooked perfectly and his baked potato was great. Our waiter, Ryan W was top notch! This young man knows what he's doing. As busy as it was on a Saturday night at 5:30, Ryan was on top of everything from drinks, to plate clearing, to checking on us at just the right time. He is everything a waiter or waitress should be. Attentive, observant, and personable. A great evening all around at our local Longhorn!!

Steaks turned out great. Very delicious, and I would call myself a steak grilling specialist. Service was a little abysmal. Server was a little on edge with us. But atmosphere and lighting were also nice and very complimentary to a date night.

Wish I could say they deserved the one star for food but I never got to try it. Went in and sat at the bar, at a seat next to some beer glasses, the bartender finishing up with some other customers came over fairly quickly and removed the old drinks from the previous customer. Said she would be right back. That's the last I saw of her until she came back out to greet two more customers who had sat down several minutes after I did, right next to me. She greets them, drops menus off and starts to take their drink order. I sat at the bar for around 3 or 4 minutes and just left. I'm unsure why the bartender didn't take my drink order first, as I had been sat there for several minutes. Will not be back.

Always order strawberry salad and Brussels sprouts and pay extra for it but interesting that I pay $6 extra but pay full price for the meal and don’t get the normal salad and side that is charged on the menu. Seems like a rip off to the customer and it’s wasn’t their best meal I’ve had from them. Bit disappointing at $32

The food here is amazing! Those brussel sprouts were so good! I also had steak and a honey sauce chicken. Everything was perfect. Our server was also friendly and attentive. I'm sad I live in Wyoming and cannot go back right now!
