Fuji Steak & Sushi Tennessee

Tofu was our hibachi chef and he was amazing. He made sure to include everyone at the table especially our little girl. The food was FANTASTIC, best we've had out of all the times we've been there. Megan was our waitress and she was equally as amazing. We never ran out of drinks, she got our kimd of complicated order 100% correct the first time she read it off. She took the absolute best care of the entire table. She is hands down the best waitress we've ever had. Can't say enough amazing things about the entire visit!

Stayed at the hotel off Shallowford so we were super close to Fuji, which is how and why I wandered in at 9pm on a Friday night. They close at 10 so the service was very quick as the restaurant wasn’t busy. The service was ok. They were putting up chairs (an hour early but ok) all around us and we got our food very quickly. I had a terrible Old Fashioned from the bar. The won-tons were triangle crisps with creme cheese. Not your usual kind you’d expect. Wasn’t impressed with those. The chicken teriyaki was great and I ordered three sushi rolls. They were all three delicious and that’s what’s important. I’d go back, expecting nothing of the atmosphere and vibe, but for the tasty sushi. This place is conveniently located to the interstate and the mall. It lacked charisma but made up for it in good food and was reasonably priced. Worth a stop in.

This was an Awesome food experience! The Hibachi Master was terrific 😋 The sushi and the steak , shrimp, chicken, and fried rice were most delicious:)

My family and I had dinner here yesterday. The server was so kind and respectful. He made sure we had everything we needed/asked for. The service was fast paced, our appetizers were out as soon as we sat down and our drinks never went empty. He interacted with my 2 year old and brought her to go utensils for her to use without me asking. So nice. The chef prepared a delicious meal and he also interacted with my daughter. It was her first hibachi experience and he made it great. Highly recommended this place and will definitely be back!

What an Amazing place! Great staff, superb food, and the talent in the kitchen is beyond expectation! I would happily bring anyone here. Definitely coming back several time in the future. Make sure you ask for Stephanie!
