Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My son chose this restaurant to celebrate his birthday. I'd never been but it was very good! A little pricey but I felt like it was worth it! The lobster queso was delicious and the chips were thin just the way I like them! He also ordered onion rings. They were beautiful! He kept them all to himself! We ordered steaks. Delicious!! One daughter ordered French toast and bacon. Also beautiful! The atmosphere was perfect! He also ordered and ate a slice of cheese cake with strawberries and a cream brulee and ate them both! We had a big round corner booth! What an excellent restaurant to celebrate his 28th birthday! I didn't mind paying the check and leaving a generous tip! Some memories are priceless!!

Went out with my mom it was fantastic ! I had a crispy flounder sandwich with a loaded baked potato. My mom got the Honey Garlic chicken with asparagus and a fruit cup. This was from lunch menu. For dessert, we got crème brûlée cheesecake. Everyone was so nice and kind. Atmosphere was nice. Food was amazing !

Went out with my mom it was fantastic ! I had a crispy flounder sandwich with a loaded baked potato. My mom got the Honey Garlic chicken with asparagus and a fruit cup. This was from lunch menu. For dessert, we got crème brûlée cheesecake. Everyone was so nice and kind. Atmosphere was nice. Food was amazing !

This was our first time eating here so keep that in mind. This is a hard review to give because my wife and I had a different dining experience sitting across the table from each other. I really enjoyed my meal. I had the 14oz New York strip with a loaded baked potato and it was excellent. I ordered it medium rare with garlic thyme butter and it was cooked to perfection. (See the first picture.) Whoever cooked this knew what they were doing. However. My wife ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with shrimp in a key lime sauce and that's where things went downhill. The piece of fish was very small. Maybe 3 bites worth. (See second picture. The Sea Bass is right above the line on her plate.) We asked our server about it and she agreed so she called the manager. He was very nice and tried to explain they had different sizes and said they would cook another piece and would bring it out shortly. We continued eating and her meal tasted good until she got to the mushrooms. She gave some to me and they were so over seasoned they were practically inedible. After 6-7 minutes the manager brought a second piece of fish that was the same size as the first. My wife starts to eat it and realized she couldn't cut it with her fork because it was seriously under cooked. It took 5 minutes to get anyone's attention and our server took it back to the kitchen. After another 5-6 minutes the manager brought it back and apologized again. This time the fish was flaky and tasted great. After eating the second piece my wife came to realize her first piece was probably undercooked as well. We also ultimately figured out the Chilean Sea Bass was only supposed to be 4oz. pre cooked weight. For over $30 we expected a bigger piece of fish. Everyone there was nice if somewhat inattentive. (It wasn't busy at all but we had a hard time getting anyone's attention.) The manager did give us a free dessert to go for all of our troubles. I hope you can understand how difficult this review was. We live 1 1/2 hours from Firebird's Chattanooga so I don't know if I'll get back there again but if I do I'll update my review.

My wife had the filet mignon medium with fresh fruit and for appetizer we had the bread and deviled eggs which tasted extremely good overall the experience was great food was great and service was great would recommend dining here.

The atmosphere was great too. No complaints in any area.

My wife’s ribeye was a little over-charred, so they made her another that melted in your mouth. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a card that the staff signed as well as complimentary dessert. Top knotch all the way around and absolutely deserving of 5 stars.

I am at Firebirds on Gunbarrel Rd having lunch! I had a salad, chili, bread and their lobster fondue salmon. The food was excellent and Nevaeh (Heaven spelled backwards)customer service was even better! I am a very full and happy customer!
