Great experience dining here. The food is excellent and very well priced. There a lot of different flavors to explore through their dishes. They also have half off oysters during happy hour. They have a large variety which were all delicious. The tasting menu was a very great way to sample a lot of the items. It was very filled. They also have an excellent tea menu as well as coffee. I personally found their mock tails to be egregiously overpriced. It's about $8 for what seemed to be about 4 oz. I would not recommend the mock tails.

We had the chefs choice with the wine pairing. When I tell you it was worth every penny … I’m still thinking about it. So good!Great vibe, lovely people and awesome food & drinks. The espresso martini was top notch with dessert. Highly recommend.

We stopped for oysters during "Oyster Hour" from 4-5 and it was great! We sat on the patio, saw a few carriages go by which was adorable and had a drink (they have an extensive drink list as well) the vibe is very chic but casual. It was a great place to grab a snack on the way to a show!

This is the third year in a row we’ve come here for my dad’s birthday, and when I say we dream about it all year long, I’m not exaggerating. Every. Single. Time. It’s consistently incredible—delicious, flavorful, an absolute party for the taste buds! Last night was no exception. Our waitress, Heather, was fantastic—so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made our experience even better. We’ll be counting down the days until next year!

One of the best fine dining restaurants in Chattanooga! I've been for a drink but finally had dinner, and the quality and taste were AMAZING. Like I don't know how steak fries/potatoes can taste THAT good! The shrimp handmade pasta was delicious, though I thought it was a little strong on the green herbs and lemon. The bavette steak was worth every dollar. We also enjoyed the Hearth Roasted Oysters. Cocktails are on point, too!

Don't skip the tasting menu! It was amazing to be surprised by 10 wonderful dishes with perfect wine pairings as your server acts as a personal guide through all the wonderful flavors!

Easy Bistro was an adorable find that I happened upon after someone said “Oyster Happy Hour” to my mom. We absolutely L O V E D it. Anytime I’m back in town, I try to carve out a bit of time for at least one cocktail here. Easy Team, apologies for destroying your presentation, my phone rarely eats first 😅

I ordered a Vesper Martini and they knew exactly what it was... DELICIOUS! This is the kind of place you can dress up or down and still fit in. Definitely recommend.
