We decided to try Thanksgiving dinner here and it was wonderful. The restaurant itself is lovely and right inside of The Read House Hotel’s gorgeous lobby. Their host, Mia, was so welcoming and sweet. She sat us immediately for our reservation. Our server, Paul, was amazing. He timed our food out well and was very attentive through our entire visit. We enjoyed the experience very much. So happy we decided to spend Thanksgiving at Bridgeman’s Chophouse.

My wife and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary tonight. I reserved us a table and we showed up early and they sat us immediately. Our server Chris was wonderful! He made the experience that much more special. All of our food was absolutely delicious. My wife got the Veal chops and I got the smoked pork chop. Probably the best pork chop I’ve ever had! The beverage I got I was not a fan of and I wasn’t concerned about it, but Chris saw that I had not drank it by the end of dinner so he insisted on replacing it with a dessert drink free of charge. He then gave us a complimentary dessert to help celebrate our 1 year. This place was truly an experience to remember and I’ll highly recommend it to my family and friends.

I had an incredible experience at Bridgeman’s!! Alan, my server, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. I started with the wedge salad, which was amazing. The bacon added a delicious touch, making it one of the best I’ve had. I then had the petite filet Oscar style, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful, accompanied by a crab cake that was absolutely delicious. The hand-cut truffle fries were a standout as well. Alan also recommended a blueberry lemon drop cocktail that was refreshing and spot-on. Overall, everything was excellent, from the service to the food. Highly recommend! And if you can - sit at the bar with Alan!

We booked to stay at the Read House and was conveniently right above this steak house. First impressions the restaurants atmosphere was very relaxed. Fine dining but with a business casual feel to it. They offered a coat check before we were seated which was convenient. Our Server Jeff, was fantastic and provided me and my fiancé with impeccable service and was very attentive. Thank you JEFF! The drinks were great. The Diablo was a HUGE glass and was strong but flavorful. We started with The Lobster bisque which was exceptional. Smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of portion. The presentation Jeff did to serve it was nice as well. For the entree, we ordered the Tomahawk to be cooked medium. When we initially received it unfortunately it was rare. I asked one of the servers, not Jeff, if we could have it cooked to medium and he said, “idk, that’s pretty close to medium”. Good sir, the entire center was red throughout… not pink but red. They recooked it to a more medium rare not medium (The picture attached… so imagine more rarer than that initially). Although the temperature was off, the taste and flavor of the steak was juicy, aromatic and succulent. It did not even need the garlic herb butter we also ordered (which I would have wanted to be melted instead of softened like for bread). Finally, the other critique I will say for the steak is that it was not as tender as I would expect a ribeye to be, especially for a medium rare temperature. Overall Steak experience 4/5. The sides we ordered were the mashed potatoes, asparagus and Mac and Cheese which were great! The Mac was probably the best thing we had. I also settled for a lobster tail which was fresh, sweet and well cooked. For dessert we got the Crème brûlée and chocolate cup. Their crème brûlée is definitely the crowd pleaser and as I looked around and it seemed everyone had one because it was phenomenal. Overall it was a good experience. I would just expect a better steak cook temperature and tenderness from this type of steakhouse. Food 4.5/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5

So glad to experience fine dining for the first time. Bridgeman’s Chophouse has excellent food! Everything from the waiter (I apologize I forgot his name, he was a bit older) His service was the best, from his story telling of the restaurant to the end of his recommendation for desserts. All of it was excellent. The flavors of the food was exquisite and portions are reasonable with the price. It’s not $100 for 1 oz food. You pay what you get and for the first time I don’t regret a penny. I can’t wait to come back and have this beautiful experience again.

Sit at the bar! Get Alan to make your drinks. We had a lovely time celebrating our nuptials. Alan was amazing. Try his signature drink! My husband’s filet was amazing - best ever according to him. I had the chicken, which was equally as awesome. The drinks were AMAZING! Alan is your man!
