Red Lobster

Food was okay the service was really nice and efficient. The atmosphere was open and welcoming for a Sunday. Wasn’t a fan of the quality of the crab and lobster. Baked potato could have been better. The pasta had oil or butter not sure which one but it was a little much.

Wife had been wanting to go here for a bit so we finally stopped in. There was no wait so we were seated promptly. Our drink order was taken and delivered in good time. We both got the steak and lobster because it was the special that day and both of our steaks were cooked properly and the lobster was seasoned well. The biscuits were hot and fluffy and very enjoyable, and our salads were crisp and fresh tasting. Overall we enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back.

Restaurant was dead this evening. It did take a few minutes before we were sat and a few more minutes before our drinks were ordered. Cheddar bay biscuits were so good, we got 2 baskets of them. I ordered the bourbon bacon chicken with a loaded baked potato and crispy brussel sprouts. My boyfriend ordered the Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon with rice and fries. Fries were seasoned well and so was the rest of the food. I will say it did take forever for our food to come out but at least we had biscuits to snack on. Food was worth the wait and you get a big portion for the price of dinner. Waitress was kind.

Waited for over 1 hour after being told 20 minutes 3 times. Ordered surf and turf . Was almost amusing 35.00 for a Lobster that was 6 small bites and a stake that was 8 bites. You would have thought to make up for that they have given me a average size potato but no. Wow Do all CEOs think themselves instead of pleasing their customers 🙄

Red Lobster has been my absolute favorite restaurant since as long as I can remember. I love everything about it. However, I am so sad to say my recent experience was disheartening. We live on a pretty tight budget and I have had horrendous medical issues in the last year. My husband gave me money to go eat at Red Lobster yesterday because I finally felt hungry after many months of being so sick. I went alone but I didn’t care because like I said I love Red Lobster. My server was polite but there were very few customers there and she only came to my table after a very long wait and then once more. I had a filet mignon and a small shrimp Alfredo. The pasta was delicious but the steak was the worst I have ever had at any restaurant. I had to spit every bite into a napkin:( it was terrible. The broccoli was wonderful. When I finally did see my server again I asked if I could possibly get something different besides the steak. It tasted like freezer burn and I could not chew it no matter how many times I tried. She could see that I had most of the steak left on the plate and the rest in a napkin. She said she would check and never came back. The pasta and the broccoli was plenty but the steak had just cost so much I hated to waste it. I was afraid to even bring it home to the dogs in fear in my make them sick. I had to go ask for my check at the front. $55 It was the location in Norman ok about 11:45 (also, the area I sat in smelled of mold or mildew and the floor still had food under the table from the look of it I believe it was from the night before) I was sooo disappointed. I had looked forward to this for 9 months.

My family and I came in on Saturday evening the food was fantastic my steak/lobster was perfection and the service was amazing. Celeste was our server she kept the biscuits/drinks coming while we waited for our food and was very attentive to our children. If you want the best experience ask for Celeste!!!

My family and I went in for dinner last week, and Shelby (I believe was her name) was an exceptional waitress. She displayed superb knowledge of the menu, gave awesome recommendations as far as bar drinks, and overall made our experience top tier. We were very pleased with our evening, and will definitely be returning and asking for Shelby!

Incredible service and management. The manager was hands on and followed up on what me and my party needed. He clocked the time it took our food to come out after ordering and checked on our order before we could even ask him about it. Phenomenal experience can't wait to come back!!
