Me and my family went here to eat for the first time, and I’ll have to say that they definitely earned this 5 star review. The customer service was perfect from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Our table was never neglected, the food was cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor. Compliments to the chef and all of the staff in the entire building you all did wonderful. One of the best dining experiences me and my family has had so far.

The food was amazing. Service was ok. We kind of felt the pressure of ordering the food right away even though we specified that was our first time. We will definitely go back.

The filet was cooked to perfection and the baked potato was great. My wife enjoyed the salmon salad and must have liked it, as she ate it all. The coffee was wonderful, and the key lime pie and German chocolate cake were delicious. The service was excellent, with 5-star service across the board. ;-)

Nice place. Excellent service. The waitstaff people were super attentive and professional. Elina was a wonderful host for the night. Food is a 5/5. Ordered oven roasted chicken with mashed potatoes with a side of okra fry and a veggie pizza. Everything was delicious. Nice atmosphere too. Worth the money!

They have amazing spinach artichoke dip! I got the Hawaiian glazed Ribeye and it was perfectly cooked and loved that glaze 🤤 my mom got the ribs and they were good too! Not a fan of their savory mushrooms tho. The salad was totally awesome tho! And Alexis was such a great server! Super sweet and kind. Awesome experience!

This was our first time of eating at Charlestons, we visited the one in Norman. I had the bacon hickory burger and fries, this was amazing. My husband had gluten chicken piccata and cole slaw, I am picky on my coleslaw and I have to say it tasted great as well.the Hickory Sauce was the best, the price for the food was reasonable, the service was great. I do recommend paying them a visit if you are in the area, and yes they do have a gluten free menu, if you need it.

I met a few of my girlfriends here to catch up and have some dinner. We sat in the bar area in a booth. Our server Morgan was a delight! She was very knowledgeable and also has a great sense of humor. She kept us entertained and our wine glasses full. Our food was perfect. No complaints. I will definitely be back again and hopefully will get Morgan again.

Tonight we decided to try someplace new so we flipped a coin and settled on Charlestons!!! So glad we did!! Charlestons is an amazing eatery with excellent service. My husband and I were provided with water all evening to start off, not once where we left without something to drink! The service staff work together phenomenally!!! ❤️ Our server for the evening was Jacob and he did wonderfully. We enjoyed the queso with chips to start off our dining experiences hold the cilantro along side one of the months specials, the pink diamond martini. Crispy chips and creamy cheese with guacamole. My husband ordered the oven chicken and myself the Chicken Picatta with an amaretto sour. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were spot on!! We shared a MASSIVE slice of carrots cake that tasted homemade icing and all which we wound up taking half home. Ten out of ten! We'll be eating here again!! Update: Here we are at Charleston's enjoying another phenomenal evening. A fantastic meal and outstanding service. Thank you Miss Cierra L. for such attentive service. We appreciate you as well as the other hard working fine folks at Charleston's. Great job!
