There were four in our party. One ordered a steak medium rare, and it showed up close to raw. Rich, our waiter was beyond helpful, and he took it back. The manager brought the meal back and apologized. Very nice experience over all.

The food was excellent and cooked perfectly as we asked . What really stands out is our server , he’s a big guy with a warm and welcoming demeanor. We were a party of six and he went through our orders like a breeze . We even arrived really late and he didn’t make us feel like we were a burden despite us ordering so close to closing time . Thank you for our special waiter . I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name . But he made the experience at Longhorn a great one . Regarding the food , only the onion soup tasted too sweet.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. It was the best steak meal I've ever had. The shrimp appetizer was so delicious that it was difficult not to eat it all. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. The $10 peach sangria was large and delightful. The picture shows my leftovers. I ate those the next day. I tried the steak cold before reheating it and it was so good that it was gone before I tried to reheat it. The most magical part had to be the asparagus, each and every piece was cooked to perfection. Having cooked asparagus, I know how difficult a task that was. I have been back several times and I'm never disappointed with my food.

Our experience was without a doubt the worst. Got on the wait list through google maps and there was 29 tables ahead of us, wait was 36-40 minutes. Checked about 8 minutes later and there were 15 ahead, they were turning tables over quickly. Got to the restaurant and waited about 5 minutes to be seated, great! Barely opened the menu and our server came for our drink order and asked quickly asked if we would like an appetizer, very rushed. When the appetizer came out, I had to ask for the beer I had ordered when we ordered the appetizer. Ordered a strawberry and pecan salad with my meal, that came out 10 minutes after my wife got her salad. Salad was dry and I asked for more dressing, she never came back and I had to ask another person for it when they came to clear some plates. That person brought the dressing out quickly, but I knew that the entree would come soon after, had to box up my salad that I was only able to take a few bites of, because sure as anything, the entree came out. Food was only warm and I’ve had much better steaks from Longhorn. Overall, we felt rushed and irritated. They should try to take better care of their guests and not push to turnover tables.

We used to go to Applebee’s, but we don’t go there anymore. The quality is so much better here in Medina! I love the salad that comes with your meal. It’s very tastey & who would think that a side sale would be this good? Ohhhh come on… ❤️The fresh hot bread? If there’s any leftover, I’ll take it because it’s tasty in the morning warmed up in a non stick pan just add butter & jelly✅ ENJOY! Just go …. You’ll be here giving a review soon also.

Great service Food is good. Todd was our server. We ordered chicken wings as appetizers Grilled salmon, Out law Ribeye 1/2 7 Pep sirloin salad Outlaw ribeye was excellent. Mixed salad withThousand island dressing must try. But my soup shrimp lobster chowder was not good. Molten lava cake was as tasty.

Codi was a great server!! Longhorn is lucky to have her. Yes there was a wait for a table and then again for food. But it was a weekend and they were busy. The order was perfect and tasted delicious!! Would definitely go back

Ordered a mid-rare new york strip received a well done. Please supply your steak expert this data so they don’t ruin other peoples dinner. At least Mason our Boxer was able to choke it down. Rare: 120–125°F, with a cool red center Medium rare: 130–135°F, with a warm red center Medium: 140–145°F, with a warm pink center Medium well: 150–155°F, with a slightly pink center Well done: 160–165°F, with little or no pink
