Our server Chris was really attentive, charismatic he made sure everything came out as ordered and his service made our experience even better. Food was great. We loved the bread with cinnamon butter and loaded baked potato is a must have!

The place was packed at 5pm on a Saturday. Our waitress Liz was wonderful. Very friendly and extremely attentive. Appetizers and salads came out quickly and were excellent. The sides were great and the steaks were real good. One steak came out a little too well done and Hailey the manager took care of it without a problem. She was super friendly and apologetic. I never had an overcooked steak before but it was handled extremely quickly and professionally. I can’t recommend the Howell Texas Roadhouse more. Always a great experience.

We tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and were happily surprised. Our server, Alex, was exceptional: ten stars!! She was very engaging, and made us feel as though we were the most important guests that day. She guided us through the unfamiliar menu and, based on our preferences, helped us choose two very good meals. My husband’s sirloin steak was lean and cooked absolutely perfectly. I wanted a vegetarian meal that was not a salad and Alex recommended a hot veggie combo meal from the “sides” menu. The baked and sweet potatoes were excellent and the broccoli/carrot was also perfectly cooked and delicious. Alex made sure we got our “first time” treat, also helped us get the maximum value for our gift certificate. The atmosphere is convivial and clean. We prefer something a bit quieter, but would definitely go back.

Food was good. Nice portions. Served hot ready to eat! Michelle is a great waitress to have on your front line to represent your brand. Her personality is great, and her delivery comes with a smile every time! Great employee to have part of your team! Will be a repeat customer!

Great service with some great tasting food. The Steaks were cooked to temperature and the appetizers came out promptly. This was all on a Sunday at 9:00PM. While most places were closed already this was not! Definitely would recommend!

I ordered take out. Steak side salad baked potato. Potato was good. Steak was tough. I've eaten at different roadhouse over 100 times. This was my first time at Howell. First time ever getting a tough Steak. Also screwed up salad dressing. The take out lid was broken. Steak and potato were loose in bag. They really under performed. I really wish restaurants would pay closer attention to take out orders. Provide quests with what they ordered and simple things like napkins. Also never received notification that food was ready. Called sat on hold for 5 minutes got disconnected. Called back and they said yes your food is ready. Not very professional.
