Great services. We got there on Saturday late afternoon; the place was packed. I suggest you call beforehand, especially if you have a big group; we sat for around 20 minutes. The food was delicious. I ordered a chicken shrimp with pasta. I recommend this place. Thumb ups 👍

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The food was mostly good but we had 4 steaks at our table, all requested at Medium temperature and they were ALL different ranging from rare to well done 😣 we were too hungry after a long day so we just ate. Flavor wise it was good but it should not be this inconsistent at a STEAKHOUSE.

I guess it was a bad night. First, we had a hair clump under the baked potato and then the bone-in rib eye was inedible. Staff was excellent and tried to remedy the situation best they could which was nice but I give this experience five 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 blech

We had a great time here! Food was good and service was excellent. The manager was super friendly and came to every table. Love the crocodile themed cocktail as well. We need more themed cocktails like this at Outback. Embrace the Aussie theming!

Eating in at the restaurant is great. However, there’s always an issue when ordering for delivery. There’s been at least 5 times they’ve canceled my order despite being listed as open. I’ve had to call after waiting over an hour before to be told my order was “stolen” (and was told by the staff that it happens quite frequently) or when the order does arrive, things are consistently missing or wrong. Definitely recommend eating there and not ordering to go.

First time at an outback Wow I can't believe I didn't come here b4. Food is really delicious.Got the prime rib, a chicken sandwich with a loaded potato, and a small steak. Everything cooked perfectly Cynthia was seriously knowledgeable, as I had many questions. Her suggestions were spot on. I will definitely be back

So where do i start. It was a mess to begin with. I actually forgot to give a review but i had to. I shouldve even told the manager but i feel like he should be held accountable. He shouldve known better. Well for one the waitress. She was not the kindest person to begin with. She wasnt too attentive. I think i didnt even see her only until i called for her and when she beought my food. Whoxh to be honest it was a guy who brought our food. But i whwn i was about to eat some bread. And took out the knife that was rolled from that little black napkin. Man, it had pieces of food still stuck on the knife then i looked at the fork. Same thing. I dont know if she was doing this on purpose but it was disgusting. I even took a picture of it. And she exchanged it not once but three times! I really dont know why i stuck around to be honest. But i was already having a bad experience. This lady just kept bringing me dirty silverware. I cant really blame it on her but what the hell! Who is on top of the people who clean dishes. Nasty people who dont care about others if they get sick. Thats a bacterial infection waiting to be happen. So they dont clean their dishes at home. Is that how nasty they are and dirty. Come on man. Like be concious of the people coming to eat here. The food was ehhh. And i love outback but never in all my years of coming to this place have i ever had anything like this happen. Its like its falling apart. Makes you think theyll be out of business in a year or two. A health inspector needs to check this place out because im sure its a health violation. Never again. Ive litterally placed an X on this place. Ive been to the one in south carolina, north carolina and now here at brick. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. This place needs to do better. These people who clean need to be checked or have two to 3 people check the silverware becayse its dusgisting. Here ill show a pic of it. I havent even posted it on social media but best believe i will. As you can see in the pics, two of them you cant see too well but they are dirty if you zoom in. But that last one , that was the first one they brought to me. I hadnt used it. I promise you. But when she exchanged it, she acted if it wasnt a big deal. Smh. Got mad when i even told her about it over and over and over again. I felt like going to the back and tell them , hey! this is how you need to clean it. Scrub them man or woman. God knows who cleaning back there. Manager needs to keep an eye on them.
