We went there on a fundraiser evening for Richmond girls basketball very good time very friendly and as busy as they were we did not have to wait for anything. I have the 16oz ribeye dinner which was 100% five star however my husband beef tips with gravy and they were way overdone we were kind of disappointed with that but felt bad because of how busy they were so my husband will not send them back. However our service was spot on we had the cheesy potato wedge or steak fries I think they call them front appetizer absolutely 100% awesome and my cocktail delish:-)

Had a great time with family and friends at this noble restaurant. I had the mushroom chicken and their fried onion as an appetizer. All was really good. One suggestion is to put less salt on fries for the kids. Other than that, it was easy to park, no waits and service was 10!

The food was amazing as always, classic Texas roadhouse food, I feel like their food never disappoints the atmosphere, however has been the same since the inception of Texas roadhouse and I’m like that place has never looked any different. I feel like I’m kind of stuck in a time warp when I’m in there however the service was nice. We had great waitress, and the food was amazing!

This was our first visit in several years. It was not the best experience. Our wait was long even with a reservation. The restaurant was overwhelming crowded and busy. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Our food was rather cold after a long wait for our meals. Our third guest had to wait extra long because he was told his order did not post correctly. The prices were very over priced for our time, meals and over all experience.

However, we were told, onion, rattle snake bites or fried pickles were the only ones we could choose. Our food took a very long time to arrive, probably 30 mins. It was good food. Salmon was good. My only complaint was the potato soup was very thick like a stew and a bit salty. I had to return it. Posted are my thick stew. And I did a FB search of someone posting their potato soup. It was a bit of a difference. But between the wait for the appetizer, food, the soup being off, wait for replacement veggies. It just wasn’t 5 stars. We have had 5 star visits so I’ll be back.

We get seated, everything is going fine, we give our waitress our order, she puts the ticket in at 6:59 pm. We did not receive our food until 8:05 pm. By that time, we were ready to leave and not even hungry anymore. People sitting around us that got seated AFTER us got their food first and had already left the restaurant before we had even gotten our meals. Not to mention, it's my brother's 13th birthday. Can only imagine how upset he was, on top of how irritated i am right now. On top of everything, we all ordered our steaks to be medium and mine was the only one that came out and was well done. So after waiting an hour and six minutes, i couldn't even eat. Highly disappointed.

The entire family had a great time. Great meals, drinks and an amazing server! This location is now OUR location. We will be back! Glad they're bringing the peanuts back, shows we're heading in a good direction and the crayons for the kids are triangle shaped so they don't roll off the tables!! Bailey was amazing!

Had a great dinner at this location! Our server, Sarah, was super friendly and did an amazing job! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was huge and I’ll probably be able to make a second sandwich with the leftovers!! Cactus blossom was delicious as always and we love the rolls! Great place for dinner :)
