Texas Roadhouse

This location is a great place to visit for some good cooked meals and a hometown feel. The food is on the pricier side of purchasing a steak or ribs but you receive sooooo much food! The other meals are a great price with a lot of food with it and each meal comes with 2 sides. I love that they give you a bag of peanuts and a bucket to use when you are there to eat them and put the shell in the bucket. The Mac n cheese is delicious and so are the loaded cheese fries. Rolls were super hot and yummy!

I had the Onion Blossom, Combo Appetizer and the Country Fried Chicken with Mac and Cheese and Seasoned Rice. 1st the onion blossom was good and very savory. Just need to be fried 2/3 mins longer. 8/10. 2nd the combo appetizer. I had BBQ boneless wings, potato skins and rattlesnakes bites. All three were delicious but the Wings need to be bigger. Especiallyfor the price they are. 7/10. Potato skins 8.5/10. Rattlesnake bites 8.0/10. Last the Country Fried Chicken. It was cooked perfect the cream gravy was delicious. 9/10. The Mac and Cheese was horrible unfortunately. All the cheese was at the bottom of the container. The noodles were wet and bland, the cheese was bland as well. 3/10. Last but not least the Seasoned Rice was excellent, packed with flavor and cooked perfect. 9/10. Food Game 9/10. Portion Game 8.5/10. Price Game 8/10. Overall Texas Roadhouse 9/10.

We are never disappointed with East Peoria Texas Roadhouse. We called ahead. This particular visit, we did have to wait an additional 20 minutes past the expected wait time. That was a bit frustrating but unusual, so it was not a big deal. The food was good. My steak was a little more pink than I would like when ordering medium well, but again, that is not usual, so it was not a big deal. The music was a bit loud at this visit, causing patrons to talk over it...That should be looked into. It should be more of a restaurant volume, not bar volume. Overall, we enjoyed our meal & will be back.

Once you’re inside, servers are bustling about. People are conversating and the place is alive with good energy. The atmosphere is inviting and the seating comfortable. You’ll find yourself immersed in relaxation as you’re enjoying your time there. Wait staff are friendly, my server was Bre, and she was phenomenal. She simply cared about being of service. I had misunderstood the cactus water for a spicy margarita and she still made it happen. They specially made one for me and it was good. The food is good and made with intention. The rolls, of course, are always spot on with their delicious butter. The establishment is clean and well staffed. The women’s bathroom - also clean and stocked. I would definitely 💯 come back here again.

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent service staff! Food always comes out in a decent time frame even when they are swamped and refills are always brought before the previous drink runs out. Quality of the food is always excellent and there is a wide variety of choices to pick from. The prices are very good for everything you get here. This is one of our go to restaurants!

Half of our food wasn‘t cooked correctly and we had it remade. The bathrooms were dirty and the floors were very oily and gross. They need to deep clean the restaurant. Our waitress was great though.
