We celebrated our anniversary today with our children, and it was a wonderful experience! Our server, Alex, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our meal special. He made great drink and dessert recommendations, ensuring that everything was perfect. The service was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Thank you, Alex, for making our day even more memorable! We will definitely be back.

We try and go once a year! This place is always solid with delicious food and great service. It is a steak house the prices are what they are. The energy and hustle and bussle of the restaurant is cool to see.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday dinner and I couldn’t not have been more impressed. Lanie and Jordan made sure our evening as extra special. All of the recommendations Lanie made were exceptional! Highly recommend!

As Dec 25, 2024, it was my first time visit with my wife, I had a bad experience. I ordered a medium cooked ribeye steak. But it came well done. The quality doesn’t match the price at all. To go boxes were paper instead of normal plastic containers so the food doesn’t leak out of the boxes.

The best part of the evening was the tableside BLT salad, then Trevor our server who kept us in check. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent!! Highly recommend! Go with the bone-in ribeye!

This was mine and my husband’s first time spending Christmas in Naperville. Also the first time we have taken off from work in years on Christmas. We decided to come here for Christmas and have dinner. We purchased gift cards from Costco. Prior to heading over I called and was told that there are available tables and it was first come first serve. I asked if we need reservations and was told no. When we arrived a very rude receptionist( brown wavy hair, hazel eyes and heavy accent), said there were no tables available, (very loudly)… we need a reservation, did not offer the bar area I asked about it. I also said that the person on the phone said we didn’t need reservations and she loudly told me in front of a room full of people NO this is not so. Wow. Really. Our server seemed ok at first. Brittany. She came over and handed us menus. She came back almost 15 minutes later to take our orders. Said bread would come out. 25 minutes later our appetizer arrived, still no bread. When I asked where is our bread? Brittany got an attitude and said well I can bring it out right now. It should have been one of the first items on the table. Mean while two men came in after us and got their drinks and meal and check before we got our bread on the table. 😵My steak was tasty but not medium. I got the filet mignon. My husband got the rib eye. It was dry and also not medium. Our bill was $255… and we were given cheap paper boxes to take our left overs. Not nice at all

My steak had a very nice char flavor to it, so it's disappointing that it was so overcooked, and I didn't enjoy it. The best bite of food I enjoyed was a bite of my family members lobster! I will say our service team was great and very sweet, always made sure we had what we needed. We did wait an incredibly long time to receive our checks even after asking twice. Overall, for myself and my wife to spend over $200 and I did not enjoy my meal, and my wife said hers was good, but nothing special sullivans would not be on my list for a return visit.
