Outback Steakhouse

We were a party of 11 celebrating 2 birthdays. We called ahead of time and were told they take reservations, but they have a waitlist. Once we arrived, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. We asked before we ordered if we can have separate checks and were told the tablets they carry around do not allow for separate checks but could take multiple forms of payment and we can go to the front and have them split. I know we were a group of 11, but all of our meals arrived at different times, leaving half our party wanting to wait for everyone but their food getting cold. We all enjoyed our food, and our server Nakayla was great with a fun personality and checked in with us frequently. The most frustrating part was when we received the check, we asked about splitting them, and we were told that no, we can't split them they can only take multiple payments on the same check. A few people in our group had gift cards, so that left us having to break down the bill and making multiple payments with multiple forms of payment, which added 30 more minutes to the dining experience. It was frustrating since we asked ahead of time.

Decided To Dine In On Such A Beautiful Day. Ordered The Tasmanian Shrimp & Scallop Pasta With A Salad- And The Bloomin Fried Chicken Which Was Delicious. Drinks Were On Point!!!! Our Server Russell Was Awesome, Very Top Tier And Down To Earth....Grrreat Atmosphere.

First time here in the Outback Steakhouse in Downers Grove Illinois. It wasn't that busy but it was Monday. The staff was friendly and quickly sat me , the restaurant was very cold and I overheard a couple of customers mentioning that. I visited the Outback Steakhouse in sheboygan Wisconsin and was usually pleased. But I got the onion 🌰 blossom, and I thought it was extra greasy and very salty 🧂 I was surprised that it was different, drinks 🍸 were great, waiter was great and most of the food was good 👍.

Atmosphere was at home. Had the food delivered. Food was excellent. Soup and salad was dinner. Ordered a small wedge salad. Damn good!! More bacon and cheese that you will ever need on a salad. Not a bad problem to have. Potato soup loaded. Extra bacon was ordered. It was a mistake. Made it a bit too salty. Still was tasty and my plate and bowl were cleaned.

Service was nice and Smiley coming in, at our table and going out! Let's not forget the delicious hot bread w butter!!! It's so worth the trip out to Downers Grove!

I visited this location while in the area for a conference. I'm no stranger to Outback. The pork chops drew me in and I'm glad I ordered them. They were delicious and the sauced enhanced the taste. The servers and other staff were very nice and professional.

The owner Victor was everything and more!!! Thank you for helping me bring in my ”50th Birthday” on a High Note. The taste test of the Ribs were absolutely Fabulous. I will definitely be back with my son 🎂👑🎂🎉🎉🎉♌️♌️♌️, and let me not Leave out our beautiful Server Nikayla!!! She did not shortstop on her service with a smile. She also made my day 🫶🏽

1st time ever eating from outback was very excited to try the blooming onion. Waitress seemed to be a little agitated upon arrival. We ordered the blooming onion for a appetizer. But we also ordered our meals at the same time we also ordered the wings and told the waitress to have that come out with the meal. She wasn't listening they came out with the wings and the side order of chilli as appetizers no onion bloom until it was time to go! The food itself was amazing perfectly seasoned and juicy. I didn't get to try the onion that I wasted money on because I didn't want a nuked onion I wanted a crispy fresh 1 but maybe if I wanna make the 45 min drive again I might have to retry.
