Very disappointing! Me & my family came here for dinner on 02/15. There was only 1 waitress & 1 cook. There was only 3 other families there that had their food, with 1 of them finishing & leaving. The waitress was very rude with how she LOUDLY told 1 of the families that she ran their card multiple times & couldn't get a payment. It's rude & unprofessional to yell out a customer's business like that. We got seated but we were sitting for 35 minutes. We didn't even get even get asked what we wanted to drink. My kids were starving & we all got impatient. Because of this, we ended up walking out & going somewhere else.

This visit was challenging. The restaurant was understaffed, but the staff was kind and showed great pride in serving everyone. Unfortunately, the food was below the standard typically expected from the IHOP chain. I can only hope they are able to hire more help. I don’t come here very often, but each time I visit, I encounter the same issues.

I can't believe the manager has the audacity to make customers uncomfortable while they're trying to enjoy their meal and family time. The manager certainly has anger issues and lets that anger out on the workers. The food was great and so was the service. They checked in on us an adequate amount of times and came with request items promptly. When he-the manager flipped out on his employees, it could be heard throughout the whole dining area. There is a place and time to communicate frustration with employees. He must be replaced. A good leader , no

Service was great food was not. The chicken biscuit sandwich was falling apart. Chicken and waffles the chicken strips tasted horrible. The Colorado omelette was just ok.

Sadly they were short staffed this afternoon. Manager was berating the waitresses for things beyond their control, of course it was loud enough for customers to hear. The kitchen was slow, they had to call in for an additional waitress. If you're the manager be professional.

Great location for those traveling the I-88 Chicago-Kansas City expressway. Service is very friendly and the food is quite good, the place is maintained very clean and parking is great. Don’t be shy if you think your coffee isn’t fresh, always ask your server for a fresh made cup of coffee. The menu and food are the same across locations, and so is the taste. They did not have the T-bone last time but they managed to get me some Sirloin instead with a little discount for the inconvenience. It is a quiet and comfortable place to enjoy with the family and friends.
