I'm still reeling from my incredible dining experience at Hugo Frog's! This hidden gem truly exceeded my expectations in every way. *Exceptional Service* From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our server Fanny was knowledgeable and made fantastic recommendations. *Outstanding Cuisine* The fish n' chips were cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served with a side of tangy tartar sauce. It's clear that Hugo Frog's uses only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. *Crafted Cocktails* But the real showstopper was the espresso martini. Rich, velvety, and expertly balanced, this drink was a game-changer. I've had my fair share of espresso martinis, but this one was truly exceptional. *Highly Recommended* If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience with exceptional service, outstanding cuisine, and crafted cocktails, look no further than Hugo Frog's. I'll be back again and again! *Will I Return?* Absolutely, and with friends in tow!

First time visiting Hugo’s Bar & Fish House in downtown Naperville. Our family craved clam chowder and seafood. We ordered PEI mussels, fish tacos, swordfish, and crab cake sandwiches. The dishes are all tasty, and especially the frog leg and swordfish were very flavorful. Also, service was excellent.

From the moment the valet greeted me to the time I headed home, I was treated like royalty at Hugo's Frog Bar and Fish House. This was my first visit, chosen because I'm familiar with how Gibsons does business. I was not disappointed. Let's break it down this way: Food - Amazing, as expected. Decadent and prepared to perfection. Varied menu to please everyone. Ample portion sizes. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, prime rib, seared tuna, and creme brulee. Oh, also the coffee! Yes, even the coffee is something special here. Aces across the board, you're not going to find a bad meal here. Drinks - Already mentioned the coffee. Yum! A pre-dinner martini at the bar was prepared and served with perfection. Expansive wine list, sure to please by the bottle or the glass. If you're a bourbon fan, give a Paper Plane a try. They're done correctly here! Atmosphere - comfortable, welcoming, a bit loud. Come as you are, settle in, relax, and enjoy the Gibsons experience. Super popular equates to super crowded, so it does get a bit loud. Table conversation still possible, so don't let it bother you that everyone else is having just as good of a time as you are. Service - We were extremely fortunate to be seated in Phillip's section. We didn't know it when being seated, but he had already made up his mind to ensure we had a fabulous and memorable dinner. He freely offered recommendations and opinions, displayed extensive menu and wine knowledge, was attentive without being intrusive, and just simply made our visit that much better. I would return just to experience that level of service again, I really couldn't ask for better! Speaking of service, the bartenders were equally attentive, professional, and personable. The hosts and hostesses were friendly, prompt, and helpful. Management was visible and helped wherever needed. Service staff were there to quickly clear dishes and did so with a smile. The valets were also great. While I consider Gibsons in Rosemont to be my "go to" spot when I need a really good meal, I think I'll now be splitting my time between Rosemont and Naperville! This was just a great visit in every way possible. Sincere thanks to all who made it happen

+ Excellent warm bread pudding, layers of caramel and baking spices with ice cream + Buttery and flavorful frog legs + Good drink selection +/- Wedge salad was good but a bit too much dressing - Burger was overdone, underseasoned, overall lame.

Very overpriced for average quality at best. Was served a drink with wilted/rancid mint in it at a very premium price. Dined in enclosed patio area where heat would blow directly on you, either sweltering or cold at all times, very uncomfortable to say the least.

I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant, from fresh oysters to perfectly cooked frog legs. The delicious cocktails and juicy steak were complemented by tender fish, all enjoyed in a wonderful atmosphere. The terrace offers the perfect setting for a relaxing evening, ideal for savoring the refined dishes.

*ELVIA* is the best! She is a great server. I first asked her for a recommendation on a dry white wine and she gave me a small taste of a fry French wine. Pascal Jolivet "Attirude". It was perfect and we got a bottle. I would not normally get a bottle either! We enjoyed our visit here. Two managers (one was the general manager Ryan) stopped by to get our feedback and we raved about Elvia. The best part of the night was a table of 9 ladies next to us who gave Elvia a standing ovation for her service. The food is great. I got the tuna poke and my friend got the crab cakes. Very pleasant outdoor patio. Happy Servers. Happy environment. Thank you!
