Lobster bisque was very salty, not very good. The steak was seasoned well but tough. Maybe they were having a bad night. I’d like to try the good food everyone is raving about so I’ll give them another chance.

This was my first time coming here. I came with my parents to have a nice dinner with them. And I was blown away by just how good the food was! Got us some oysters Rockefeller which were just delightful! I got the surf and turf combo which was just insanely rich and just melted in my mouth. Special shout-out to our server Scott! He was a blast and provided us a very exceptional experience.

Our waitress was fantastic. She knew how to be friendly without being over bearing. She recommended the special which we both ordered, and it was fantastic. Fairbanks is the best steakhouse in the area. If you are planning a casino trip to Hollywood make sure to make a reservation at Fairbanks. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first visit at Fairbanks. I simply must give special mention to our server. His name is Seth. He did a fantastic job. He made a pleasant experience even better. The food was outstanding. The Sicilian Sea Bass was perfect however the Cream Brulee was heavenly. We will be back soon and hope to see Seth again.

The scallops were wonderful.. The meal the ambiance.. And Scott our server made it a night to remember.. When we go back, I will ask for a table that Scott is serving.. He was genuine and always thoughtful about our needs. Great job Scott.. The whole staff worked hard.

Maybe this is not what it used to be long time ago however The service was excellent the entrance might be a bit hidden but no worries just go across the Bar Something I Recommend is the Land and Sea with South African Lobster tail and rib eye the steak 🥩 was cooked perfectly if I wa dot compre it was as good as Bavettes Beuf Bar ! The steak was extremely Soft and juicy paired with steak gravy and the lobster cooked perfectly and very soft , accompanied with melted butter 🧈 yummy! Make sure to get Tabasco pairs well. As for drinks get the Lemon Fuzz drink so amazing and sweet you will love it The other things we order were as equally delicious Another Rib eye steak 🥩 medium rare Gouda Mac and cheese 🧀 amazing! Garlic mashed potatoes 🥔 the best I ever had ! Rockefeller Oysters 🦪 so soft and flavorful And the best appetizer ever the Shrimp De Jonghe Service is by far the best in Chicago well let’s compare same level of attention as Alinea Chicago Now as appetizer I recommend the specialty Fairbanks chocolate lave cake you won’t regret it ! Yes they don’t advertise it , ye they are not as famous but take it from someone who has eaten at the most expensive steak houses in the world this is a hidden gem ! You won’t regret

It's way over priced for the taste of the food. The steak is too chard and bland. That is a Meduim-Well Ribeye Steak $54. The food presentation is beautiful. The Pork Chops was almost too dry $34. All of the food is A la carte. So the Steak was $54 and the Spinach was $9. The garlic mashed potatoes was $9. Nothing comes with your main entrée. The bread and butter is free, served warm and butter soft which was awesome. The service was good. They are all friendly and professional. I made reservations online and when I arrived, I was not on the list. Good thing I took a screen shot of the reservation. The hostess said well we have some open seating so I'm in luck. So was she implying that I would not have gotten service even though their system malfunctioned? I would not visit again if I had to pay for it but would as a guest of someone. And even then I would try to get that person to go elsewhere. I'm hoping that when the Casino move in 2 years that the restaurants improve.

Whether having a drink expertly prepared by Brian at the bar or having an intimate dinner for two in the dining room, the service and food are top of the line. I've had multiple cuts of steak and each are perfectly prepared and taste amazing. The seafood is just as incredible! Easily my favorite restaurant.
