Food was really good, my boyfriend got the bison filet which was “melt in your mouth” and I got the trio and that was really well made. The prickly pear margarita was WAY too strong, almost straight tequila. Reasonably priced for a fancy steakhouse. 4 stars is just because our server was not very attentive and first impression wasn’t very friendly. Would recommend still, though.

Pro- nice sourdough tablebbread served with butter. Plates and chairs were hard to find. Food came out cold. Strip steak hard to chew (bad cut) dry, no juices with medium Rare steak. Au gratin potato side sent back due to raw potato dish, and lacked flavor. Avoid augratin as a side. I asked for a cheeseburger 🍔 that lady at table next to us ordered , but was told it wasn't available. Otherwise the Food came out fast. Parking easy, no valet available on this visit. Turkey special $49 ×with dessert and salad. Would try again, maybe...

Place is nice however service is terrible. We waited 30min to be seated on already booked table. Also at the table waited for 20min for a waiter to come and tell us he will give us some water and time to see the menu when we already been waiting too long and hungry instead of saying sorry and being efficient he showed an attitude and didn't make any effort to speed up or make any service recovery on someone who been waiting 40min.Plus the cutlery was dirty. Overall a disappointing experience.

Food and ambiance we’re great! The service was too slow. We we’re seated immediately then waited almost 1/2 hour for our first drink. There was way too much time between dishes.

Terrible first time experience. Made reservations for a birthday/Valentines dinner 4 months in advance. Host must not have read any reservation accommodation requests. Got stuck in an extremely cold room directly under air duct, had manager come in multiple times explaining they just had their heaters replaced in that section of the restaurant and wasn’t working properly. Turned on heat and only blew frosted cool air. Waitress Jennifer was rude and not helpful at all. Had called in advanced to again verify Lounge menu would be offered today at my reservation time and they promised me it would be for I could try their Prime Cheeseburger. Once Sat was told they were not honoring that menu today. According to my date besides the rude waitress, long drink delivery times and in-freezer seating area, food was greater than expected. Just really upsetting that you go through precautions to make an effort to have a pleasant time and they can’t keep up with their promises. No ones on the same page in this place. (Don’t have your heat replaced before a major holiday, or at the very least close or don’t seat people in that section when something like that occurs.)

It's a great place with above average prices We were there on a Sunday around 4:00 pm and it was not crowded. The waiter is nice, not intrusive. The cocktails and wine were delicious. We ordered baked oysters and they were very tasty. Not salty, as usual in restaurants. We also ordered grilled filet mignon and lobster tail. The lobster tail was too seasoned with spices, too salty and the taste was lost, unfortunately. Overall, the impression is good! Thank you!

I had an exceptional dining experience at Eddie Merlots. From the moment we arrived, our server, Jessica, went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. Her attention to detail, deep knowledge of the menu, and genuine warmth and friendliness truly elevated our meal. Every course was beautifully presented and perfectly timed, and Jessica offered excellent suggestions. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout the night. If you're looking for a fine dining experience with impeccable service, I highly recommend Eddie Merlot's—and be sure to ask for Jessica! Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful experience at Eddie Merlot’s with Sam as our server. She is personable chatty and funny and made us feel like we were part of the Merlot family! Plus the food was amazing, and everyone in the party had a great time! Thanks, Sam you are the best server we have had in a long time and we will come back, but only when you are working ;)
