Worst food ever! Everything including the burger was over salted (I tossed it and couldn't even finish it). Grilled cheese was burnt and basic. The Nutella shake just tasted like a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate every once in awhile. Went once to try and won't ever go again. Also, menu is over priced for such basic food.

The burger and seasoned fries were fantastic! I got the double and added mushrooms, my daughters got the kids size burger and the chicken fingers. The burgers were fresh and juicy and the tenders were massive. The decor is simple and rather plaine but works in the space. Now the bathroom was a different story, it was very well done. It was refreshing to actually go into a public washroom that didn't smell like "yellow ice" or urinal pucks. The only downside was they don't have iced tea. I don't drink pop and it was a let down so I just watered down the lemonade. I would get burgers and seasoned fries from here again.

The burger and seasoned fries were fantastic! I got the double and added mushrooms, my daughters got the kids size burger and the chicken fingers. I’ve passed by this location many times and recently stopped by for the very first time. I’ve visited the Lombard location a number of times. There is ample parking, they are adjacent to the Texas Roadhouse so you can hear the random country music playing in the parking lot. I ordered a bumper burger and made it a combo. The cashier confirmed if I wanted the smaller size single patty or what they consider to be a regular size…I was hungry so I went with the regular size. I enjoy the additional toppings you can get for no additional cost…I went with grilled mushrooms and grilled jalapeños on top of the regular everything toppings with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, American cheese, and signature Bumper sauce. The bumper sauce was similar to a tangy mayo sauce. For fries able to choose salted or seasoned…went with seasoned. Chose to dine in and they brought our order to our table. Everything was very delicious and well seasoned. The restaurant is a long rectangular shape and the seating area seems kind of far from the area you order from. It appeared slightly inconvenient for staff to walk all that way to call out a number or order and guests couldn’t really tell if their order was ready right away because of the distance and there isn’t an open wall to the order area from the dining portion of the restaurant. Otherwise would definitely eat this again!

The fries were hot, properly salted, and quite tasty. Service was friendly as well as timely and the place was clean. We will be back!

It’s been about a year since I have been to this place. Never been to any other location. However, from what I remember, they used to give you a giant bag of fries. I just ordered two burgers for $10 and two fries and my bill was $30.And to my surprise when I open the bag of fries, I realized that they put it in this tiny box. So they no longer give you a bag of fries like they once upon a time dip. And I pulled up to this place. I almost thought that it was abandoned. But lo and behold, I walked. Fresh-cut fries that are cut daily and as needed, Fresh beef that is NEVER frozen and you can taste the freshness as soon as it hits your taste buds. The food was so good I had to stop myself from getting a couple more burger meals just for myself. As if the divine food wasn’t enough, the customer service was beyond what I could’ve expected. The man that took our orders was nothing less than a man who takes his food and customer satisfaction with utmost care and importance. If you are near the Aurora area, or willing to drive for a quality burger and bless your tastebuds with flavors of the divine, I implore you to visit this restaurant.

I was really excited to try this place as I was driving pass the construction everyday for the last few months. But I’m left a bit disappointed. I order via the drive thru and the gentleman taking my order was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions. He verbally confirmed they are 💯 zabiha halal. I waited about 5 minutes for my meal to be prepared and then drove home which is only a 5 minute drive away. I couldn’t wait to eat this burger and fries and when I took my first bite, everything just kinda fella apart. The lower bun was so soggy and some parts of the patty didn’t seem like it was throughly cooked because it was kinda red. They don’t ask how you want it cooked and I have a bit of a sensitive stomach so hope I don’t get sick. The seasoned fries had already gone cold too. I really wanted to like it but it fell short of my expectations. Maybe it’s better to eat their food when it comes out fresh at the restaurant instead of carrying it out to your home. 🤷‍♀️ ****UPDATED REVIEW**** Much better experience dining in! Burgers came out juicy, charred & cooked perfectly, and the bun still held together and didn’t fall apart like when I brought it home! Definitely advise DINE IN for best experience. Mom even throughly enjoyed her meal today.
