Buffalo Wild Wings

Totally not impressed. We had a party of 8 the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The waitress took her time after being seated and asked if we wanted to order appetizers we said yes she disappeared then came back 15 minutes later and took our order for the apps. My niece asked for a drink it took the waitress literally a half an hour and needed to be reminded to get her another one. I asked for the check never brought until another 15 minutes then I was asked if I needed a check. Won’t be back. On top of that she tried giving us someone else’s food. Disappointed to say the least. Especially on an over $250 check

Ive been to several other locations with my family and they gave better service than this place. We went on January 1st, our server Mia seemed like she did not want to be there, she did not check on our table at all, we had to call her over for drink refills, we had to ask more than twice for to go boxes. The food was great but service could honestly have been better. Very disappointed.

Got sat down pretty quickly but then had to wait 10 minutes till our waiter even came. Which is fine they were busy but she came with a lot of attitude and gave even more when I asked if we could just put our order in with the drinks to save time. Then she forgot one of our orders completely and we had to wait another 20+ minutes in order to receive it

We placed our app order around 6:30pm. At 7:20 our waitress told us our food was almost ready. I told her to cancel the app. Our kids were so hungry and kept asking where the chips were. Our kids food came at 7:25. My husband and I’s food did not come until 7:50. Well over an hour after we placed it, the kids were done eating their food by the time we got ours. Our wings took so long, silly me, I expected them to be hot. They were luke warm at best but I was so hungry. We would have ordered dessert but just wanted to get out if there asap at this point. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert. We noticed all of the tables around us were also getting their meals in spurts not together at once. Many customers were frustrated. No management in sight. Our waitress was decent and apologetic and empathetic which helped a little. I understand it was a saturday night. We are very patient people. But it was a cluster. Tables who ordered after us were getting their food before us, but again, only half the tables. Incredibly frustrated. Definitely won’t be back.

This was not a typical Wild Wings and there were a lot of Windows it was bright. Instead of getting wings this visit we decided to get burgers which looked amazing in the menu and when presented in front of us but did not live up to the appearance in taste. Next time I'll stick with the wings here

The service was absolutely pathetic. My food was estimated to be ready at 5:10 at 5:25 it’s still not out I go back up to the counter and it’s sitting in the warmer. The girls in here need to be taught service they’re 17 and it’s pathetic. You can’t call out my name when the pickup is done after you know who it’s for and that I’m sitting here? Not to mention the hostess was on her phone and didn’t even realized we walked in. I’m appalled, but not shocked Bdubs has dog water service

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and found the service good. However, I had to wait a long time for my meal, which affected my overall experience. Despite the delay, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Overall, for anyone looking for a casual dining experience with great food, it works.
