The steak is perfect, medium rare is set perfect. The chicken is tender and moist. The veggies were delicious. The potatoes were incredible. The rice was delicious and not clumped. The portions were just right, definitely on the generous side. You will leave very satisfied. And the carrot cake! Wow!! A huge slice, be prepared to share. And the taste is incredible. The atmosphere is modern and artsy. Very pleasant dining. And if there is an issue with anything, they will take care of it. Thank you to Jessica and the staff.

Had dinner here Sunday evening at 6pm. We walked in and were seated right away. Service was attentive and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. It's a beautiful space and if you sit in the bar area you can see the beautiful fountain in the courtyard. I ordered the lemon garlic penne with shrimp and my friend ordered the same with chicken. I told him we were at a seafood place and he should have ordered it with shrimp. After I gave him a piece of shrimp, he agreed. After dinner, I switched over to the bar. The bartender was nice. I ordered an espresso martini, of course and waited for another friend to join me. My friend wanted a red wine and had two glasses. The manager came to ask how things were and if we needed anything, we didn't and it was going great. I told him I was visiting from Phoenix, Arizona and he mentioned that he moved here about a year ago from there and liked it here. We had a great conversation and I appreciated his advice and insight.

Jeanice was a wonderful server for my sister and I tonight! New customers and we will be back again thanks to her oh and because of the delicious food/drinks ☺️

Beautiful facilities and friendly staff. I believe two different managers check up on us for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The food was delicious and served pipping hot 🔥. Our server/bartender got our order just right. Highly recommend you stop in to Kona Grill.

Our party happened to walk in to Kona Grill for Dinner and we did not regret our decision. Food and ambiance was good. Jayden was our server for the night and was absolutely incredible. She had great vibes, was so so helpful with recommending food and drinks. The sunset sushi roll was fire. She clearly knew her stuff and the menu. As a server and just a person she was refreshing to talk to. It is sometimes very difficult to find genuine people like Jayden in the servicing industry, so we were grateful for the experience she provided. We will definitely be returning back, especially on Sundays in hopes to get serviced by her again.

We had a large party of 11, we got our drinks right away. However, it took an hour to get our food after we placed it. Including our appetizers. It took another 30 minutes for the food to finish coming out. Everyone got done with their meal at different times. Definitely don't come here before a movie.

Fried rice with wagu steak- oh my goodness! $30 for a cup of rice, a few carrots, fried egg and 4 burnt pieces of steak. Avocado egg rolls were mushy and tasteless. Presentation for both dishes was awful. Hostess was rude from the moment we entered as well as when I requested she have a manager visit our table. “What’s this about?” was her remark- Manager did remove both items from our bill however, had poor excuses for why the dishes were as served. He claimed the rice came with 3 ounces of wagu- the attached photo reflects the portion of meat (burnt). Very disappointing experience. Won’t return.

I will be returning based solely on the service. Only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 stars was the men’s restroom door needs fixed (doesn’t close) and the toilet seat was broken.
