Our waiter Stewart was fantastic! He made sure we were very well taken care of, the experience in itself was so worth it! Table side drinks, soup, and salad! The food was delicious and more! It was our favorite meal out of our nine day stay in Hawaii! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I went to this place a few years ago, and it was gorgeous! The food was amazing; we had Beef Wellington, a New York Steak, and something else I can't recall. It's a great spot if you're into fancy dinners. The owner even greeted us and opened the door for our Lyft – made the whole night even better. Thanks to them for the awesome service! I'll definitely go back whenever I'm in Hawai'i.

Great food, atmosphere, and view! Very expensive as expected. After tip, the bill for four of us was $750. For that price, you would expect every item to be absolutely amazing. They were all very good, but not absolutely amazing. Definitely get the hibiscus martini! The souffle was amazing! The lobster bisque prepared at your table is a must.

Fantastic experience at Michel's. I took my wife for a date night whilst on holiday here and we both throughly enjoyed it. Very tough choices on the menu for both of us to make as we liked nearly every item. The Duck a l'Orange was excellent and my wife really enjoyed the Escargot and Ahi Tuna. Our server Missey was excellent and made our night really special. The view of the sunset is amazing so be sure to book for around 5.30pm. We'll definitely be back on our next visit!

Overall: 6.5/10 Disjointed service, wrong orders, VERY long wait times and mediocre food. Location: 9/10 Very easy to park and parking is really close to the restaurant. It's also just outside of the busy part of Waikiki, so traffic isn't bad. Ambiance: 8.5/10 Beautiful sunset views and open air dining. The dining room felt fairly elegant. Drinks: 7.5/10 I got the smoked old fashion and my wife got the Blue Hummingbird. While being served in a typical smoke box, I found that the smoke didn't permeate at all and the drink felt a bit on the light end of a pour. It had good flavor, but fell on the bottom end of the spectrum regarding strength. The Blue Hummingbird was good, but also tasted like champagne with a hint of flavor. As the ice cube melted, it added some flavor, but diluted the drink. Bread: 2/10 The bread was actually a plate of what I assume to be large crackers. It was served with a semi firm butter and neither really had good taste. The crackers were pretty dry and lifeless, and the butter didn't help. Appetizers: 5/10 Our table had Escargot and French Onion soup. The soup itself was good, but the pastry on top wasn't cooked through and semi-gooey. The Escargot was lost among the sauce, which was good, but masked everything in it. The bread served with it was hot, but fairly forgetful. Additionally, I waited about 45 min for my soup AFTER the Escargot arrived. Mains: 6/10 We had to flag our waitress down to put in our food order, as we had already been there 90 minutes. My wife got the Beef Wellington and I got the Steak and Lobster. The Beef Wellington was cooked nicely and had good flavor, but the pastry wasn't crispy and the truffle sauce wasn't very good. My filet would have been better, but it was drown in a sauce that had been sitting long enough to solidify. The asparagus wasn't good, but the mashed potatoes were ok, even though the portion size was absolutely tiny. The lobster was middle of the pack. Not bad, but not that good. Our reservation was for 5:15 pm on a Saturday and we didn't leave until close to 9. Everything took forever and the wait staff was constantly bringing wrong items to various tables in our section. Desserts: 8/10 We had a birthday at the table so we got a complimentary Creme Brulee. It was pretty good considering the size

Wow. Just wow! Amazing experience from beginning to end! We enjoyed every moment of our evening at Micheles!!! The table side Caesar salad was amazing, as was the lobster bisque (also table side!) We did not have any room for dessert, but will return to enjoy cherries jubilee and banana's foster!

Update: Been here twice and the service is phenomenal. The set menu was delicious. This is a must go to place. Worth the price in service and ambience alone. Kalani was our waiter. Surf and turf was tasty. I could have done with less sauce. I'm not a big gravy person. The sunrise drink, raw oysters, mango sorbet and soup were great. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I ate here for our 20th anniversary. We read some reviews and tried those items recommended. It did not disappoint. We tried the Caesar salad, lobster bisque, ribeye for 2, and the bananas foster. All the dishes were prepared at the table side by our waiter. The dishes, along with the view, were spectacular. From our table, we were able to see the beach, city scape, and what was left of the sunset. Definitely would recommend it.
