The service was fast and wasn’t crowded. The atmosphere was great with music playing. The staff were great and good professionals. The food we ordered was good and tasty. Unfortunately, when dining here you have to be aware of birds because they are all over the place.

This was advertised as a Seafood Restaurant. When in fact it is a built in type Food Truck. We went on line and made reservations when in fact they don’t even take reservations. There is an out side sitting area in what appears to be an alley well lit with lights running through the umbrellas and along the side dividing wall. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals. The tables are picnic tables and you get in where you fit in. There were multiple menu options to choose from.

However, in recent years, the surrounding establishments have declined, making the immediate area feel a bit sketchy. Nevertheless, the food here is absolutely delicious! Be sure to come hungry and with a bit of patience, as everything is made fresh. It can take some time to receive your order, especially during busy hours. As with most places in Hawaii, it is somewhat pricey. For example, we ordered two adult meals, one child meal, and drinks, and our total exceeded $60. My only minor complaint is that the tables could use a good cleaning—they tend to be sticky and not very pleasant.

Blue Ocean Seafood and Steak offers a great variety of seafood and steak combos—plenty of options to satisfy any craving. From fresh shrimp, crabs and lobster to perfectly cooked steak, every dish was generous in portion and full of flavor. Considering it’s located right in Waikiki, the prices are surprisingly affordable, making it a great value for the area. Definitely a go-to spot for delicious meals without breaking the bank!

Great food options with many choices. I enjoyed the spicy avocado ayhi poke bowl several times. Lots of food truck style eating option in area, can be a great option over sit down restaurant dinning.

Went there for a late dinner recently with my friends and family. The food is REALLY good, and what's great is the variety....you can pretty much get anything you want....seafood, beef, pork, chicken, burgers, pizza, ya, pretty much anything. I had the kalbi and garlic shrimp plate and it was very good...the kalbi was grilled very nicely and still tender enough that I could just bite the meat off. And their shrimp is good too. For the price, you get more than you expect. I would come here again and again

A lot of items on the menu, it takes more time to decide what to eat. At dinner time it could be a bit difficult to find a table. Food is a bit pricey depending on what you eat vs what is available at other places where you just grab and go.
