Dined here for my niece's birthday. She loves sushi and we love hibachi. We were sat immediately at a hibachi table. Her sushi experience was delightful with fresh seafood and our hibachi chef Khalil was great. He was entertaining and a really good chef. No more driving to the north end for a good hibachi experience. Two recommendations for the restaurant: low sodium chicken broth and salad dressing without so much mayonnaise.

My family and I visited your restaurant today with hopes of giving our toddler a fun hibachi experience. Unfortunately, what should have been a special outing turned into a frustrating and disheartening encounter due to the dismissive attitude of your staff. Upon arrival, there was confusion about seating: my husband requested "dine-in," not realizing this excluded the hibachi area (a policy we were unaware of). We were seated and waited patiently for 34 minutes with no updates. When I approached the hostess to inquire, she abruptly informed me we were in the wrong section and could not sit at the hibachi tables. While we completely understand policies exist, the way she handled the situation was appalling. Her tone was condescending, as though we were an inconvenience, and she outright told my husband, “You can leave if you want.” What upset us wasn’t the seating mix-up—it was the complete lack of empathy or professionalism. We had a young child excited to watch the hibachi show, and instead of offering a polite explanation or apology for the wait, we were treated with contempt. A simple clarification upfront or a courteous response could have resolved this smoothly. It’s deeply disappointing to spend time and money at a place that makes families feel unwelcome. We hope this feedback encourages your team to train staff on basic customer service and compassion. Everyone deserves respect, even when mistakes happen.

Beautiful restaurant, we loved the decorations. We waited for about 20 mins to be seated then about 15 mins once we got sat down. The server disappeared a few times but we were able to hunt him down. He forgo my sons entrée. We had a party of 10, it took up the entire section. The food was very tasty. Loved my sushi! Dumplings were delicious! The chef was so Dope!! He had a down south accent and used alot of slang. We loved his jokes and we were very entertained. My sister was celebrating her 40th Birthday and she really enjoyed herself. We will definitely go back!

Decent food, slow service - but they did warn me going in. We had an early dinner today with my son and it’s the first time eating here. They had signs up saying to be patient so we were and the food was good. The chicken, steak and shrimp were excellent. The fried rice was just okay and I never eat the vegetables. Our server seemed to be on the move the entire time but he must of had too many tables. It took almost an hour to get our food but the conversation was good so we didn’t mind.

I had four pieces of hair in my food. The hair was black. I seen hairs while dining at the restaurant and notified the cook. He then replaced everything with fresh rice and shrimp. I ate a little there and took the rest to work. I got to work and it was more hair in my food. I won’t be returning ever again.

One of the best hibachi places we have been to in such a long time. We go for the show, and this place did not disappoint. So much fun. Our server was on top of it and our chef was amazing. We were in town from nashville area for birthday festivities and this was a 10/10 for the whole party.

Seemed slow. Maybe had people call out? We sat and waited no issue. She sat us and told us to wait for our server who ended up being her. She didnt seem happy especially when she took our order for our drinks then brought our drinks and just dropped the lemons on the table like she was upset with us? She snatched the menus out of our hands after we ordered and me and my fiance immediately felt unwelcome. I think she was having a bad day. Anyway we ended up leaving paying for his drink and dipped. We will not be going back due to a poor first impression. Hope you all catch her on a better day.
