The staff was very attentive! They were so nice!, the manager even came out to make sure everyone was good in the dining room!! Her name was Serena I think, and we will definitely be back!!!

I’ve never been a big fan of chain restaurants like these because the food is typically plain across the board. Let’s just say Applebee’s did nothing to change my mind. The restaurant was unexpectedly empty during what is usually “Happy Hour” for most places, so that was a plus. However, the servers watched us walk in, and proceeded to watch us wait to be seated. That was strike one. The place was not the cleanest, had a funny smell, and the floor and table were sticky. Strike two. The worst offense after waiting a while for the food was that it came out lukewarm—almost to the point where I wanted to send it back. Strike three. We decided to go for the “2-for $35” deal, which forces you to decide between only (4) menu options. The “riblets” they tried to sell me as “all-you-can-eat” looked like a cheap McDonald’s McRib sandwich (minus the bun), which was cold, tough, and had very little sauce. The fries kinda saved the day, but not enough to carry the meal. The Chicken & Shrimp dinner wasn’t any better, as the chicken was overly salted and almost burned to a crisp. Our server was a nice kid, but again, not enough to make up for the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there were NO other restaurants open in the area, and even then, I’d hesitate. Proceed if you want decent prices and have otherwise low expectations.

I frequent this Applebee's location since I live around the corner. I typically order the Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl 1-3 times a month via UberEats or DoorDash with no issues. This past Saturday, I ordered the new Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Pie, which I had tried once before about a week or two ago. This time, the kitchen decided to heap a mound of cold ice cream on top of the 'sizzlin' pie. Why? This was a delivery order. As you can imagine, it arrived melted and soupy. This was the Saturday after Valentine's Day, so I'm sure your store was busy. I understand that factors like the day, time, and staff all play a role in the end result. My first apple pie had an equal balance of crust, apples, and ice cream (that came on the side in its own container). This time, it was mostly apples with very little crust. However, the decision to mix hot and cold together, especially for a delivery/to-go order, is unacceptable—busy or not.

Nina was beyondddddd amazing! Protect her at all cost! Hospitality is 1000 out of ten. We’ve ate at many Applebees and this has been the best experience of them all!

Kalisha was a great manager! I was upset about getting my refund! I ordered over the phone for ribs and they didn't have any! I wasn't rude, and she wasn't! She handled my situation like it's supposed to be done! But other staff members were rude and didn't have good communication!

What I wanted vs what I got!!! I always tip it wasn’t the waiter..It was the cook and the manager/he is always there this isn’t acceptable never again!!

This is very much a spot for locals. I’m picking up an order for delivery and was baffled by my 10-minute experience at this place. I’m literally taking the extra time to let y’all know how ratchet the service and atmosphere is. Do not waste your time here. It might be decent and locals might enjoy dining here, but the service and atmosphere is definitely below the general everyday chain restaurant standard. I was not surprised when I saw the horrible Google reviews. One that stood out to me was by a Tommy King-Marshall (these are exactly the same experiences I had): “However, the servers watched us walk in, and proceeded to watch us wait to be seated. That was strike one. The place was not the cleanest, had a funny smell, and the floor and table were sticky. Strike two. The worst offense after waiting a while for the food was that it came out lukewarm—almost to the point where I wanted to send it back. Strike three.” Yes, that order I picked up for Uber Delivery had to be cold too. Like most decent people I’m flexible, but this was just substandard. Don’t come here if you’re expecting being greeted and sat down.
