Food was delicious 😋 and the service amazing when we arrived the manager opened the door for us and seated us in a quiet area. Our server Brittany H. was amazing offering advice on our order and very attentive. Will definitely be Back!

Update: received a call from the manager who apoligized and offered to comp my next order. Used it today and it was a huge improvement over my last visit. Food was good and the customer service was great. I appreciate there willingness to correct the mistakes and show me that my bad experience was most likely a rare event. I will eat here again, though the prices are a bit high for it to be a frequent thing. Haven't been to an outback in many years and we decided to give it a try. Placed an online order for steak salad Tasmanian shrimp and scallop pasta Loaded baked potato with extra toppings Fried shrooms appetizer Side of fries I also signed up for their reward program and got the free blooming onion. Drove the 20 minutes to pick up and it was ready when I arrived. When I returned home I realized I had no steak on my salad, half a container of potato fixings, a burnt and overcooked baked potato and a $22 bowl of pasta with only 3 shrimp and 2 scallops! Called the store about the missing steak and drove back to pick it up. After speaking with the manager I then had to wait 10 more minutes for the rest of the food I already paid for to be prepared, while the rest of my food got cold at home. The manager brought me the bag with barely a sorry and that was it. The appetizers were full of grease and even when I tried to reheat in my air fryer the mushrooms and onions stayed a mushy mess. I didn't get to eat dinner with my family and didn't enjoy any of the food I did eat. I have no incentive to return and recommend everyone stay away from this poorly managed restaurant with subpar, over priced food. There are better tasting options with better prices.

We ordered the burgers to go and they were awful. Each bite contained large pieces of gristle and small bones. As a steakhouse, meat quality should be number one, even the burgers. For any customer, this is totally unacceptable. We don't plan to return now although it was the first time we've had a bad experience at Outback. All other food items were fine and service was very good.

The entire order of 3 meals and 2 appetizers was returned to completely remake at the store by the manager who had my husband drive all the way over to pick up again and offered no compensation for this inconvenience. This all happens at 10:30 on a Saturday night when the food was ordered a little after 9:00 pm. This store has been a huge disappointment today and door dash needs to be easier to get a refund when the entire meal has to be driven back to the restaurant! Literally every item on the order that was unsafe temperature to eat and looked disgusting also.

When we got our food it was delicious. If you have never tried the deep fried mushrooms trust me they are a must. So juicy and the sauce that came with it was perfect. My chicken sandwich was good. My wife had the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and broccoli which she liked. All around a great place and we will definitely be back hopefully Shawnacy will be there with her smiling face and great humor.

01/04/25- Everything was great, fresh and came out in a timely manner!!! My favorite spot to go and the atmosphere is great. The drinks were good also. Our waitress Tiesha was super friendly & made sure we were taken care of🥰Devonzia always makes sure we are good as well, very professional & friendly. I highly recommend going here if you are in Stuart, definitely worth it‼️‼️‼️
