We had a great Valentine’s late afternoon date! Food and drinks were excellent, our server was friendly, patient and jolly. We were very blessed to be accommodated considering we did not have a reservation on a very busy occasion, rainy Friday. There was wait on the latter part of our order but that’s understandable, we did not mind at all and plus it gave us a breather before another round of food. Just a minor tweak on their s’mores, I hope they can make the chocolate fudge thinner so that it doesn’t overpower the other components of the dessert.

We absolutely LOVED our dining experience. Eduardo Ramirez was our server and he was impeccable. He recommended the Octopus as an appetizer and it was fantastic. He was one of the best servers I have ever had. I hope we get to dine with him again soon.

The server Michael was great!! Our food was wonderful and the drinks were too! We will definitely go back! The oysters were good but not as freshly opened as I'd expect for the price point. Definitely try the scallops! It's a great dish and they were perfectly cooked!

Unforgettable meal! Started with the lamb empanadas, which were amazing. The crust was perfectly golden and flaky and the lamb filling was flavorful and tender. For the main course we opted for the Argentinian grilled steak and it was beyond delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection with a smoky char on the outside and juicy tender interior, that practically melted in your mouth. The seasoning was just right, bold yet balanced and the steak’s natural flavor shone through. For dessert, we went with our server’s recommendation, the goat cheese cheesecake. The texture was smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of richness and the tangy goat cheese added a depth of flavor that was unexpected but perfect! Our server, Dawn, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the evening special. Even though the restaurant was packed due to their generous Veterans Day promotion, she handled the busy rush with grace and insured we felt taken care of throughout the entire evening. Her recommendations were all on point and we will definitely return.

Delicious meal tonight with the most fabulous server, Eduardo. He was so friendly and attentive and made our meal special. We did the Serrano ham appetizer wrapped around pear and the tomahawk steak with an add on of lobster tail, stuffed shrimp and scallop. All was perfectly cooked. The smores dessert with table side scorching of the marshmallow was unbelievable… prob the best dessert I’ve had in my life. Eduardo made our meal memorable with his sparkling personality and attention to detail.

This was my first time coming to oak and ember. I recently moved to Stuart and always walk by it smelling the amazing food. I decided to try it and was so happy about it. The ambience, the staff and the food were some of the best I have had. I highly highly recommend going here. I got the 3 course meal for $59 and it was so worth it. On top of the amazing food, our server Karin was incredible and made our experience even better! If you like amazing food and service, try it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I normally go to Meat Market in Palm Beach for my birthday dinner but we decided to try Oak & Ember and so glad we did because it was even better! I ordered the Wagyu filet and it arrived perfectly cooked with a delicious crispy flame kissed crust. It was amazing! The potatoes au gratin had gouda cheese and broiled with Serrano ham on top, again amazing. The shaved brussel sprouts with candied bacon were delicious. For dessert we ordered house made Tiramisu which was the best I've ever had. Moral of the story, how the steak is cooked is just as important as the cut itself and this place gets it right! Worth every penny!
